My dining experience at Arlo’s was amazing! I had the Caesar salad, Braised Pork Belly, and the Braised Short Rib. I don’t know what was better but I can tell you that the entire meal was delicious! The service and ambiance was peaceful and quiet. The short ribs were the star of the show. I also had an amazing waiter, Patrick, who was outstanding!! I will definitely be back!!

Had a small retirement dinner there and the manager, Tony, was so accommodating to early preparation with decorations. Wait staff was equally wonderful and attentive. Food was delicious. It was a really fun setting and a great time was had by all.

The service this time was a bit better. I actually had the same server and she remembered me too. My gf was already seated at the table before me about 12 minutes before me. She said that no one had come to service her. When I arrived, the server came and asked us what we would like to order. We ordered our coffees and breakfast items. Our breakfast items came first. No coffees. I had to ask again for the coffees and she said “oops”. Then, as we were dining she gave me the check! Why was that done?? So the service was kind of the same. I am 20/80 returning to this establishment. What a shame as I have dined here at least 7 times. No thank you for this restaurant Gigi

I normally have great service but this time - June 16, the service was poor. My dad and I got to the table first and then my neice and her girls came 15 min after. During the time my dad I were there, we ordered toast with butter and jam as well as coffee for my dad. 20 min later we got the toast with no butter and no coffee. Then we all ordered and the food took about 45 minutes to get to our table and my neice’s daughter wasn’t served hee breakfast because the kitchen didn’tmake it. She had to wait another 12 minutes to be served. The server finally came and apologized that they were short staffed. But, nothing was done for us I will give this restaurant one more time this week and if the service is the same, i will never return.

What a wonderful hidden gem inside the hotel! We are local, went to ARLO for Father’s Day and will definitely go back! The atmosphere and decor were so fun, including the Ron Burgundy portrait LOL Highly recommend the creme brûlée for dessert.
