By far the best dining experience we have ever had. Food, presentation and service were all top notch. Thanks Spencer for making things so easy and enjoyable!
Our experience at Arlo Grey was everything we would want. Our server, Micaela, was absolutely fantastic and gave really great personal recommendations!
The water weirdly smelled and tasted moldy. The highlight of the meal was the appetizer we did not actually order. The server asked if he should bring bread for the table, which apparently is code for add an appetizer. The olives with the appetizer were amazing. My husband ordered the burger and it was underwhelming, comparable to a fast food burger, but it was cooked hard, charred on the outside and pink inside. The French fries were excellent. The halibut was okay. The zucchini that came with it was delicious. There was also a weird fuzzy blue/green thing floating around in my husband's drink. It was really just disappointing all around.
Our waiter with the man bun was offended by my Seminole Indian shirt but other than that it was awesome. Kristen Kish brought us our dessert!!!
Food was fantastic!
Amazing anniversary meal with my fiancé. We're budge mindful, but decided to splurge this particular evening. They brought out complimentary champagne because of our anniversary to start the evening. Everything we ordered was great, particularly the crispy rice. In between our grain course and our main course, they brought complimentary malfatti. We never once thought that the food was coming out too slow, but they did. By the time we were done with the main course, we were too stuffed to enjoy a dessert. Incredible dining experience. Thank you so much to the Arlo Grey team for making it a meal to remember!
We’ve been waiting to try this place for a while since we are huge Top Chef fans and this place did not disappoint. Every single thing we got was delicious and you must get the smoked sourdough bread!! We ordered the bread twice so we could have it with the rest of our meal! Everything has a smoke flavor that is so amazing! If you are a foodie, please try this place out!!
Great food great service atmosphere felt kind of franchisey due to hotel setting but overall excellent
The food and servers were beyond excellent.
We celebrated our anniversary and was welcomed with a glass of champagne upon arrival. The food and atmosphere were really goo, not great, but the service was top notch.
Came to town and was excited about trying this restaurant from one of my top chef favorites, although unfortunately I am highly disappointed.
The drinks were good, tea thyme and rainbow old fashioned.
For apps we had the sourdough bread (can’t go wrong with grilled sourdough) and tomato salad. The tomatoes on the salad were soggy and tired.
For main we had the burger and poached halibut. My husband who is a burger and mashed potato connoisseur didn’t even finish his burger and was clearly disappointed and I took a few bites of the halibut only to be disheartened by the jelly-like skin left on the fish and the strong after taste that wasn’t “fresh” as advertised.
The overall atmosphere was not what I expected based off of open table photos. The restaurant is open directly to the lobby and the overall decor has a “pop up” feel with temporary like or thrown together items.
Again, I had high hopes for this place, but it boils down to the physical appearance not living up to my thrill about eating at one of Kristens restaurants as well as the food not living up to my celebrity chef expectations. I still love Kristen, but dissatisfied with my experience at this restaurant.

Not disappointed at all. The food is amazing! Will definitely visit again.
Yum! Delicious and beautiful food. An overall exceptional meal made even better by our knowledgeable and attentive server, Carlos.
We had a fabulous experience for our first visit. Spencer took excellent care of us and did a phenomenal job pairing wine with our courses. We cannot wait to visit again.
Was disappointed, service was not good for the price, the pasta duck carbonara was bad. It it highly overrated, while I'm a fan of Top Chef not a fan of this restaurant.
Our server Michaela was delightful and was so kind to have the kitchen accommodate our dietary needs!! Beautiful space. We will definitely be back.
Great vibe! Fantastic food & service. The Texas tomato salad has the most unbelievable avocado purée. The duck egg spaghetti carbonara was silky smooth, rich & decadent. Excellent margaritas too! I will definitely be back!
The service was impeccable. Food very unique and delicious!
Lovely atmosphere. Creative cocktails. beautiful plates (must have burrata) and the service was excellent.
Started with martinis. Well made and generous size. Started with the burrata and olives. Both very good. Olives were a pretty heavy appetizer. The grilled bread was great. Ordered the pork chop and halibut. Both were absolutely amazing. The server suggested that we order 6 items between the two of us but that would have been way too much food. Only negative was that the wine list is pretty limited and the dessert options were just okay. Would recommend and return.
The Cocktails were amazing and the decor is lovely.
It was one of the best meals we’ve had out and our server was very attentive despite culinary staffing these days!
The food was incredible, perfect atmosphere, great wait staff.
After being sat and given water by the hostess, no one came to our table to take our order. We waited for 20 minutes in a half empty restaurant with absolutely no service or acknowledgement. We left without eating due to lack of service.
Overall we would say we had a wonderful experience. Just to be helpful, we wish to offer the following input : as the courses changed, offer a new fork We had to save our forks and spoons when plates were removed. Odd for such a posh place. It got considerably louder as the evening wore on. To be clear, there were no negatives about the food or the service.
We’re very pleased with our food and the ambiance.
Every course was delicious. Especially loved the corn/carrot/feta appetizer and pork chop with grilled waterlmelon.
Amazing from start to finish.
Really impressive. A lot of places sort of throw ingredients into the mix trying to make "Umami Bombs". Usually the result is a goopy mess. Not here. Everything here was a subtle layering of flavors, extremely interesting and fun to eat quietly. Our server Bran was outstanding as well.
Hands down one of the highest quality restaurant meals I've ever experienced. First class across the board.
Great food and prep. Service was super. Loved the dishes and silverware. Wait staff was super. Most enjoyed the rib eye and the halibut. Wonderful place for special occasion.
Started out not great due to a s
Food was wonderful. Especially enjoyed the tomato salad and dumplings. The atmosphere in the Line, to be honest, is a little dumpy. Seems like the space in Arlo could be a little more refined. Kish seems to be an absentee Chef here.
The food was delicious and the cocktails were smooth and refreshing. Overall a really fantastic experience. You can also feel the love that the staff has for the food and for working there, which makes the experience even better. The dining room was not at capacity so it was pretty quiet when we were there. The floor to ceiling windows with views of the river were pretty great too. I would highly recommend!
We thought the food was exceptional. Our service was not. We didn’t know that it was family style, which is fine, but she didn’t really guide us, and seemed frustrated by us. We’re in the restaurant business, and are pretty easy-going. She also cleared the dishes from the table piecemeal so she was clearing dinner dishes while we were eating dessert. My comment would be an overall grumpy attitude.
The service was stellar and the food was really good!
My partner and I had the texas tomato salad for an appetizer, carbonara and parpadelle pasta for main, and a slice of pride/rainbow cake for dessert, and.... WOW. So delicious. I ate there 2 days ago, and I'm still thinking about it.
Our server was absolutely fantastic and made our evening fun.
Wow, me and my husband were so pleased about every single dish. We both are Top Chef fans and we are so happy to taste Kristen’s menu. Definitely will come back!!
