Arlo Grey is the LINE's lakeside restaurant by award-winning chef and author, and current host of Top Chef, Kristen Kish. At Arlo Grey, Kish and Executive Chef Alejandro Munoz dig deep into the bountiful ingredients of Central Texas to create a mix of dishes. The restaurant reflects Kristen's playful yet refined cuisine, pulling inspiration from her classical training as a well as nostalgic dishes that highlight her upbringing and love of travel.     We were able to get a reservation same day for a high top table by the bar. Upon arriving we were actually glad it wasn’t a regular table as the high tops were closer to the window and more comfortable. Celeste was our waitress and she was phenomenal. She was friendly, gave us awesome recommendations, and even went out of her way to answer specific questions about certain ingredients to make sure we were happy. You order all of your food at once so they can bring it out in courses. Celeste gave us the best rundown of how many dishes we needed for our party and was spot on. For the garden menu we got the potato salad and grilled sourdough. The potato salad was unique and not your typical, it was on lettuce leaves, but was so flavorful. The grilled sourdough came with really great olive topping and was a huge hit. The next course we got was the crispy rice and the rabbit and dumplings. The crispy rice was so good and if you got a little bit of everything on the bite you could tell how perfectly curated all the flavors were. The rabbit dumpling dish was such a comfort dish. The dumplings were more like gnocchi in a broth and the rabbit on the side. But it was so flavorful and tasty and I would love to have that dish in the fall again! We wrapped up with the swordfish. It came without skin and realized with a fantastic red cabbage and cappers with sauce. The fish was cooked perfect and the sauce was so good we wanted to dip our left over grilled sour dough in it. As a nice surprise they brought us out a complimentary fluffy cheesecake for my birthday. It had matcha and mascarpone with black sesame brittle and rose gel. Again, definitely curated well if you got a little of everything in one bite you could taste the vision and it was fantastic. While it was on the more expensive side, we all had two drinks and the 5 meals and splitting amongst 3 it was less than $80 a person. Certainly worth that! Thank you Celeste and friends for making my birthday celebration great

    Wow this was good! We came here for our anniversary and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Service top notch too. Strongly recommend their sourdough bread and sourdough ice cream.

    I’ve never had Wagyu before. That was the best steak I’ve ever had. Got to try the chicken schnitzel as well, highly recommend this restaurant.
