   Two of our five dishes were virtually inedible. We had three guests and one had the lamb which was almost inedible. Jackie had chicken breast, dry and without any sauce to give the meal some flavor. Service was good, no complaint.

   We still say that this is the best restaurant in Medford, OR. Food, ambiance and service are superb. We appreciate your attention to detail.

   My steak was ordered medium well, it came rare. I sent it back for a little more cooking. It never came back. When I asked my server where it was, she said it had been sent out, but no one knew where it had gone. She ordered another dinner. My wife finished her dinner by this time. When my dinner finally arrived, the steak was overcooked and dry.

   A very inventive, delicious menu at the Arden. We enjoyed the salads and entrees, potatoes Anna and the pork entree. The valentine dessert was yummy, too!

   Everything was perfect, and it was our favorite Arden night at this favorite dining venue for us at RVM. Our server, Dena J. Pacitti, was particularly good! She was warm, friendly, attentive and did everything perfectly and in a timely manner. And, Chef Nick created a wonderful meal for us from soup to appetizer to main course.
