   A magical evening sitting outside on the terrace. Interesting good value wines, but a fan of Prosecco but enjoyed the Undurraga at £9 a glass. Mediterranean dishes, corn ribs with chicken butter nicely charred. Seabass ceviche light and fresh, blackened leeks delicious. Agria potatoes too big and just too solid. Skewers of Mussels ok, seemed tinned to me. Skewered lamb neck large plate ok. Had the herb sorbet, yuzu, spinach, basil- both of us really liked, along with the Basque chocolate cheesecake. Fun evening, staff fabulous-warm, friendly and helpful. All credit to the manager who recruited a really good team who’ve only been together two weeks. As a recruiter I can tell you it ain’t easy. Yes, we’d go back.

   A lovely new restaurant with delicious food in a smart but relaxed space. The outside dining was a definite plus

   Food was incredible, not the biggest fan of the atmosphere, it gets quite crowded and the music can be a bit distracting. Still a definite recommendation, the ceviche was one of the best I've ever had.

   Came for breakfast/brunch. Was very happy with french toast - liked that it wasn’t overly sweet and quality of ingredients felt high. Service unfortunately still to be improved.

    Having enjoyed sister restaurant Amber, we were pleased to take part in the soft launch at Ara. In a modern development, the interior decor creates a nice modern but organic feel. Service was friendly and generally very efficient (thanks Emily!). The menu choices were interesting and we enjoyed everything, particularly our starters (burrata, mushroom dumplings) and asparagus side. Of the mains, the adana lamb was tasty and beautifully presented. The beef rib was massive and the white grape salsa not quite punchy enough to cut through the unctuous rich beef. The chocolate basque cheesecake was super. There's a decent range of wines including by the glass choices. We'll be going back!
