AquaKnox in the Venetian offers diners sophisticated seafood and steak selections in a gorgeous atmosphere. The restaurant’s aquatic vibe prepares diners for the fresh menu featuring dishes with Mediterranean and Asian influences. From the signature Fish Soup and Maine Lobster Bisque to the Butterscotch Bread Pudding every course at AquaKnox is deliciously memorable. Seafood selections such as the Meyer Lemon-Herb Stuffed Grilled Branzino, the Maryland Blue Lump Crab-Stuffed Maine Lobster, and Seared Fennel Pollen Sea Scallops are favorites, but the talented chefs also offer a variety of mesquite char grilled steak and poultry entrees. AquaKnox has received multiple awards from the Forbes Travel Guide (including 4 Star Awards in 2016-18), Wine Spectator, and has been listed as one of the 10 Freshest Seafood Restaurants in Las Vegas according to USA Today.
