Server was knowledgeable and attentive to details. The food was outstanding! Will definitely return for another anniversary dinner
The service was impeccable. We had two servers that were extremely helpful, polite, amd attentive. The ambiance was great for a romantic NYE dinner. The food was excellent. Our starter was the coconut curry mussels that were out of this world. I had the Chillean Sea Bass that came with a to die for corn succotas. Overall, excellent from start to finish.
new years eve.
Food was delicious but very overpriced for what you get. Platter appetizer not worth $83. That being said food and service were excellent but portions too small for the price.
Fabulous, shame that it is closing.
My wife and my Christmas gift to each other was a great dinner out and a LV show. We picked Aquaknox and glad we did. Great in every way. This is my second visit to the restaurant and would go again.
Anniversary dinner that was overtly shadowed by lack luster service and underwhelming food
We generally visit Las Vegas on a yearly basis and prefer to stay at the Palazzo. Aquaknox has always been a must-do and favorite with to-die-for lobster bisque and the seafood plateau. Aquaknox offers great service in a cozy, elegant environment. We were saddened to hear that Aquaknox will be closing in the Palazzo and will carry forward great memories of some wonderful meals.
料理もワインもとても高く、内容はそれにともなってない。

お店の接客はとても良かっただけに残念だ。
We have dined at Aquaknox several times - we have never been disappointed, and this time was no exception. Great service and outstanding food!
Friendly and knowledgeable servers. They were great with dietary requirements and needs. Good was delish! We had the most lovely dinner to celebrate a birthday for our group of 9!
Food was fine. We arrived at 5:30PM thinking that should be plenty of time for 3 course prix fixe meal prior to 7:30PM show across lobby. We were so engrossed in conversation that all of a sudden it was 7:15PM and we had to flag our waiter (who we'd informed several times about our timeline) to inquire about our entree which we had to wolf down, rather than enjoy.
Service was really good, food was just ok.
Do not serve Brussels sprouts as a free appetizer? Shrimp so so. Dark chocolate circle dessert dry
Everything was great except for the terrible cold drafts at most of the booth tables . I was told a Venetian thing and nothing they could do - so we were relocated to a different table
Considering the location I can understand the costs but really wasn't worth the prices.
great seafood restaurant..sad to learn that they will be leaving the strip in January
Absolutely our favorite restaurant in America. The experience this time was superb and special.
Food was ok and overpriced for the quantity and quality. Drinks were over price and environment was sterile not very relaxing.
Too expensive. Great service and wonderful ambience but it wasn’t worth the money for the food we got. The food was good except the Tiramisu, which was a “deconstructed” Tiramisu, that is all the components stacked up. Lady fingers were not soaked in espresso, they were right out of the bag hard, the mascarpone cream was good but the piece of chocolate bark didn’t cut it for us. The peach bread pudding was delicious. Again, good but def not a great value. I had a filet Migno and a very small half lobster tail with a little crab stuffing, 2 stalks of asparagus, creamed potatoes, tiramisu and iced tea for $200!!!! Yep you read that right. Never again.
The food is terrific. The seafood is incredibly fresh. However, what makes Aquaknox stand out is the fabulous service and the attention to ever need of the diner that makes this resturant so right for a special occasion.
Went here for an anniversary dinner and they seated us in a nice little booth which was really great. Food was good overall, but not spectacular. Good wines available by the glass. Would go back again, but probably wouldn't spend money on a steak again.
Surf and turf was just fair. Service was great!
Fantastic service. Food was AMAZING!
Food was excellent but plates were smaller than expected and over priced.
What a terrible shame that this restaurant is closing. This is a wonderful, elegant restaurant at which I have dined many times. The food and the service are fabulous. The only complaint I have is that the tables are extremely close together and access is limited when in a wheelchair or using other equipment. I use a wheelchair and the hostess did not understand my concern for egress when seating my party, and after dinner, I had to get assistance to maneuver out of the restaurant. The hostess had to ask other people to stand and move away from their table to let me by, which was extremely embarrassing for me and terribly disruptive for them.
One of our daily dining destination
Great time with Mrs on her birthday and the service and meal didn't disappoint at all!!
USED To Be Our Favorite Restaurant in Vegas. What a Shame!
We are in Las Vegas 3 or 4 times a year and always enjoy going to Aquanox. We will never be going back!
Our last experience was a total disaster. All the servers were congregating at the bar and not attending to their diners. We had to call our server to our table several times because of problems with our dinner.
My husband and I shared the Fish Soup, their version of bouillabaisse, always our favorite. My daughter ordered the Sea Bass with truffles and we asked the server if their were shaved truffles on the Bass, he said yes. My son ordered the Scallops with Squid Ink Pasta.
Our Fish Soup was served split, but not evenly like it usually is. They also neglected to give us a bucket for the shells until we asked. When the Sea Bass came out, there was not a hint of truffle flavor or any truffles in sight. When we told our server, he brought out a small cup of truffle oil and said you can put it on yourself. My son ate his scallops which were very good, but when he started to eat the squid ink pasta, it was stiff on the fork. He took a bite and it crunched. The pasta WAS NOT COOKED! At this point, we asked to speak with the manager. They replaced the Sea Bass with another Scallop dish and also replaced my son's pasta. They took those items off our bill, but there was no explanation for all the screw ups and for the most part, they didn’t seem to care. My husband had to find the manager before leaving and his comment was "I took the two bad dishes off your bill, what more do you need?"
We have never has such a terrible experience at this restaurant and we have always recommended it to our friends. Recommendations will not be happening for Aquanox ever again.
Food and drinks were fantastic! Great waiter and staff.
The shrimp in the ceviche was so small, not an upscale presentation. Very little portion and the crab salad was mushy.
The service seemed very chaotic. When asked questions they often had to go check with someone. The wine list is sub-par and tries to push their house wine. The Black Garlic Caesar was boring, expected more especially for the price. For my entree I ordered the Bone-In Ribeye Oscar Style. It was cooked to proper temperature but was incredibly tough and the steak knife couldn't even cut through it. Sharpen your steak knives. The dessert selection was pretty minimal. I made the mistake of ordering a peach dessert in November. My suggestion, make desserts with ingredients that are in season.
The food and the service are excellent. The portions are modest but certainly sufficient for most to enjoy a satisfying meal. Prices are not for those on a budget, and the drink prices are outrageous, but the quality of the dishes and their presentation makes up for some of that.
One tip: for quiet conversation, get a booth, which is almost like having a private room. The tables are a bit noisy, but quite acceptable if you want a livelier atmosphere.
Aquaknox service was the best thing going for this establishment. The quality of food was down right terrible along with no flavor. This restaurant way extremely over priced. Please do not waste your time and money, there are other quality restaurants near.
I had the opportunity to thank a very important veteran by way of a good meal at Aquaknox. Due to dietary restrictions we asked to substitute mashed potatoes with fingerling potatoes that were on the menu with another entree. The waitress said that would be fine and took the order but the chef refused. After being refused a second request for a substitution we left the restaurant. A place that commands $50-$100 entrees ought to at least try to accommodate a disabled veterans dietary restrictions for Veterans Day. Very poor judgement. Very poor choice. Very poor service. Very very poor! Perhaps the chef is un-American? If you want to pay 150 a person for a meal without asking for anything so the chef is comfortable then this is your restaurant.
I had surf and turf which was PHENOMENAL.
Absolutely a fantastic restaurant. Our servers, Carlos and Carson, were awesome. The chef, Josh, is very, very talented. Tremendous food in a very comfortable environment.
We first went to Aquaknox in ‘07. It was great then and not much fall off now we are in ‘18. The could step up the appearance to match the prices. But I must say the food was delectable and worth every penny. The salmon was just as delicious this time as it was the first time. The wait staff was amazing and very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. We will definitely return on our next visit to Vegas. Blessings
Food and service was great! Made a request for a booth seating and I really liked it. Second time dining at AquaKnox. Can’t wait till the next time I have a chance to dine there again!
Marvelous dinner. Our server Brian went out of his way to be sure that everything is exceeded our expectations. It was truly an outstanding experience!
