Came here for New Years Eve. The food was amazing, as was the service. Get the kampachi crudo, you will not regret it. Also loved the linguini with clams. My fiancé had the wild boar papardelle and said it was fantastic as well.
The food was very subpar. A few tiny shrimps and a foreign lobster that was tiny on one dish. The car dish had a tiny piece of cod. And the veal Milanese was tasteless.
Great food, location, and Marisa was amazing!!
Wonderful waitperson on Christmas Day.
Food was terrific especially the selection of oysters.
Excellent curated wine list
Incredible !!!!! 100% must go!
Fine neighborhood Italian restaurant in Boston’s historic North End.. Worth a visit and I’ll likely go again. Festive and fun. Good seafood.
Loved the food and service. Server was very knowledgeable and helpful with food and wine recommendations
Food was mediocre. Service was extremely rushed - it was clear they wanted us in and out to turn the table over as quickly as possible. Our whole anniversary dinner experience was 45 mins.
The worst part was that the server who was otherwise nice, had someone at the front who looked a little out of her element, to validate our ticket. When we received our “validated” ticket and went straight back to our car to leave the parking structure, we found out our ticket wasn’t validated after all. And had to pay 5x the price that we should’ve paid. This was certainly an error on the part of Aqua Pazza and not the parking structure since we use it all the time to dine in the north end with validated parking. If it wasn’t raining, I would’ve walked all the way back to the restaurant to get it re-validated. Obviously, person up front didn’t know how to validate properly and didn’t do it correctly. She should take it more seriously and ensure she does it correctly.
The service was absolutely amazing! The ambiance was gorgeous. The food however, I’ve had better. I had the spaghetti Vongole which didn’t have a lot of flavor. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs and I have to say the sauce stunk. The meatballs lacked flavor and because they were in the sauce, not very good. The carpaccio was good but I’ve enjoyed better. Again the service was stellar but the food was lacking. Not worth the price I paid.
Perfection as always!! As a neighborhood local I love coming often and bringing my family here when they visit as well! Everyone was thrilled with the exceptional quality and taste of the food, great wines (we love the Amarone), and fantastic service. They especially loved the beef carpaccio, zucchini flowers and the pappardelle cianghiale. Wonderful as always and they can’t wait to come back.
Waiters, the chefs, and the hostess had their masks half on or not at all.
The best service and food quality!
Service and atmosphere keep me coming back!
Great service and food was fabulous.
The seafood is very fresh and delicious. The service is excellent and choices on the menu are great. We had a great meal and very good desert. Everyone in our party enjoyed the dinner. We will be back again and again …
Waited at bar over hour after our reservation time. Rushed dinner service. Half of the entrees were not good. Aquapazza signature dish was uninspired. Vongole was extremely salty.
Excellent food & excellent service, a little pricey & a little cramped, but totally worth it.
We were delighted to find somewhere open on Thanksgiving, as we had just arrived in Boston.
Food here was good, particularly the zucchini flower starter and the espresso martini to finish.
The ambience is nice, save for the football game playing on a TV in the corner. Felt a little bar like with that.
But, the help would overcome any flaw anyhow. Our waitress was a delight, I would come back just to see her again. She was absolutely run off her feet, but still managed to be attentive and personable. If I could give 6 stars for her I would.
Simply put - easily my favorite restaurant in the North End.
Really lovely setting and ambience. Great choices on the menu — the orata was delicious and we all enjoyed the cacio e pepe arancini. First time dining at Aqua Pazza and it will not be the last.
Great service and ambience. Top quality food. Take your date here!
Antonio was fabulous and the food was amazing
Best Italian food and service in the north end!
Outstanding service and great food.
Amazing dinner with fresh fish and a bottle of wine! Marisa is an amazing waitress- excellent service, good recommendations and so pleasant!
The food was great and service pretty good but so loud and tight. I supposed that's fairly typical for the North End though.
Excellent. Would highly recommend and we will be back!
We had a fantastic dinner last evening ... started with oysters and a delicious eggplant appetizer... we shared a nice bottle of red, the short ribs and cacio e pepe pasta dish.. finished with an unconstructed tiramisu. I would highly recommend this restaurant...usually busy so make reservations!
Indoors was overcrowded and no possibility of physical distancing. Outdoors was freezing but waiters were helpful placing heaters
Was seated at table right in front of the raw bar so e had servers coming up to both sides of us picking up their orders, I didn't think with a reservation we'd get such a horrible table! I asked if we could move to the bar as there was only 1 couple sitting their and it was more private. We ordered bottle of prosecco as celebrating our anniversary. My husband got the fish which was good, but dry. I got ceasar salad & brussel sprouts which were delicious. I love this place even if we did get crappy table,
My teenage son ordered spaghetti and meatballs, smallest portion I have ever seen for a dinner meal. He was not even close to full after he was done eating. Home made pasta was really tasty, but overall food was a bit pricy for the portions. Quality was very good.
The food is the same good quality that I’ve experienced at other restaurants in this group. We had the aqua pazza and the veal chop. Both were perfectly cooked and delicious but pricey. The entrance to this place is a little awkward and tight with customers and servers squeezing to get through.
Staff was excellent friendly and focused on the customer. Food was great and a reasonable priced. Will be back.
I really love everything about Aqua Pazza; the neighborhood location, excellent service, and the food is fantastic. Members of our party are gluten and dairy sensitive, and the restaurant is always able to accommodate. The GF pasta is delicious. We will definitely keep coming back.
Beautiful night, outdoor dining. Happy to see orata and branzino on the menu!
The manicotti was really just cheese, fresh pasta, tomato sauce, and basil - but my goodness, it was the best "classic" pasta I've ever had. The risotto of the day was deeply flavorful - the burrata was flavorful. The wine selection was on-point.
Waited for hours to get our meals - HOURS.
This was our second time at Aquapazza in 2 weeks, it was that good! The staff was accomodating and creative when it came to our dietary restrictions and we were seated quickly. We would have loved to sit inside, but it was a busy weekend. We will probably visit again, but try during the week.
