Beautiful night, outdoor dining. Happy to see orata and branzino on the menu!

Waited for hours to get our meals - HOURS.

This was our second time at Aquapazza in 2 weeks, it was that good! The staff was accomodating and creative when it came to our dietary restrictions and we were seated quickly. We would have loved to sit inside, but it was a busy weekend. We will probably visit again, but try during the week.

This one is the most amazing restaurants I have ever been. From service, to ambience, to attention to details to food preparation. Simply incredible!!!!

I made a reservation for 3 thru open table and received a confirmation email stating such. When we arrived. the reservation was only for 2. The manager made arrangements for a table, unfortuantly it was next to the open raw bar and an allergy issue caused problems. There were no other tables and we were moved outside. We froze, the food was served cold, and the service was not the best. They have massive seating outside and clearly the expanded capacity and the staff/kitchen is no suited to handle 2X the business. The tried hard, but it was not a good experience

Friendly staff and beautiful restaurant! I felt like the food was good, but not delicious. At this price point I usually experience everything as amazing, and this was good, but not amazing. I might try again and see if maybe ordering something different would be better, as the ambiance was quite lovely and the staff were great.

Food and service were excellent. Tables were very close together inside so we felt more comfortable dining outside which the hostess quickly accommodated. The outdoor heater we were next to was broken. Open Table reminder about reservation said that I may also valet at Bricco on 241 Hanover Street. I drove to Bricco, saw no valet, and when I called Bricco the woman said they had no valet and had never had valet. We were 15 minutes late to our reservation after traffic, garage parking and the walk over. Ended up being fine but would have planned differently knowing this in advance. Zucchini blossom appetizer was particular excellent. I was surprised that the bar doesn't have Grey Goose.

They forgot to put our order in and then only comped our appetizer after waiting 2 hours. Very disappointed.

Food was great, server was attentive, best espresso I’ve ever had. Shellfish tower was good but probably not worth the $$. Only thing that was frustrating was I had a reservation for 7 and wanted to sit inside, host said it was going to be a long wait even being on time with the reservation. Not enough heat lamps outside.

We really enjoyed our meal at Aqua Pazza, and we will definitely be returning next time we are in Boston! Our only complaint was the server spilled a decent amount of water on my husband, but hey, accidents happen and it definitely didn’t impact our great experience.

Absolutely wonderful. It was a busy Saturday night and if you are patient, you will be rewarded.

Great food. Staff was awesome.

Had requested a candle in our dessert for our anniversary, it never happened. We had wanted dessert coffee, they were out the liquor. They were very interested in getting us out, rather than keeping us there. For spending over $250.00, which I am sure is normal, appreciation would have been welcome.

Came here for a birthday dinner. The service was outstanding - everyone was so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and arrived quickly but the portion sizes were extremely small - especially for the prices. Overall a good experience.

Food was amazing. Raw bar, Halibut, etc. Cocktails were meh, nothing special. Restaurant was extremely cramped, way too many tables jammed in a tiny room. Service was an absolute joke. Went on a Saturday night with a reservation, got sat at a tiny 2-top and no one came to the table for 10 minutes. Someone finally showed up and said "Sorry, the manager just said you guys were looking around like you didn't have a server so I'm your server now." Service was meh, everything felt very rushed. Finishing up dinner and tried to order 2 Espresso Martinis, and server came back saying "Oh sorry I forgot to tell you last call was 20 minutes ago and we don't have any more espresso anyways", which we had no idea it was last call. Meanwhile within 5 minutes, we see cocktails being delivered to a table next to us. Server brought us the check, and within not even 2 minutes another employee came up to the table asking if he could take the check (I hadn't even opened the book yet). Meanwhile there are several other tables in the restaurant still eating and ordering, it wasn't like they were closing. Such a shame because it's a cool area and food was delicious!

The restaurant was packed, inside and out. No social distancing.
Before we were seated we were asked what kind of water we wanted.
Immediately upon being seated we were asked for our drink order. When we said we were looking at the wine list, we were given a dismissive look.
Our waiter was wearing his mask under his nose and he kept disappearing as he had a dozen or so tables.
Hostess kept walking around checking on where we were in our meal.
Ordered oysters...25 minutes later our main course arrived.
We commented that we were waiting for our oysters. A busser took our meals away.
Oysters finally arrived with our wine...we had to pour it ourselves.
Our main food had apparently just been sitting and waiting.
We questioned a waiter as ours was running to other tables...as the food was now not at proper temperature from sitting almost 30 minutes....and the response was "it should still be ok to eat".
We asked for it to be replaced.
Meals arrived with no seasoning or flavor at all. We asked for salt and again was given a grimaced look.
Dirty dishes sat on the table and still no one to pour the wine.
I guess it's more of a place to be seen and be part of the scene than to have a great meal.

The food was good but not as good as I expected based on other reviews. We started with the octopus with eggplant--those two parts really didn't seem to go together. The octopus was grilled but lightly and the eggplant (caponatta) was too sweet to accompany the octopus, in my opinion. We also had the broccoli rabe as a starter, which was good. My husband had the lobster pillows (ravioli)--he liked it but I thought the sauce was on the sweet side. I had the spaghetti vongoli, which had a nice light flavor and small (very small) clams but it didn't taste like homemade pasta. Overall the dishes were good but not outstanding. The indoor atmosphere was nice--not too loud yet festive. Service was good. I would not go back nor recommend--it's pretty pricey for pretty good pasta.

Service was good. They changed their menu nothing special about it. They use to be unique with their menu. They need a dessert chef their key lime pie is good but o will not call it let lime pie. Their chocolate mousse very thick it needs to be fluffy and light.

Wonderful setting for a date with my husband.. we have recently moved to the Nortb Ens and walk by often! Beautiful setting and great food— may be our new spot!!

Wonderful experience. The food was great and the service was fantastic. The waitstaff are very outgoing and seem to be having fun at the same time. The nice ambience is a plus.
