Après Burger Bistro is a trendy full-service restaurant steps from the ski slopes in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, on the corner of Après Ski Way and Village Drive.

Belly up to the historic bar, created for the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair, or dine in the greenhouse or outside on the deck and enjoy tasty food and drinks made with fresh ingredients, many of which come from right here in the Yampa Valley.

We sat outside on the deck - beautiful evening, clean atmosphere and great setting. The food was delicious! None of our party of 4 could finish their burgers - generous portions for sure. Service was excellent! Wonderful spot!

The food was just OK. Service was fine atmosphere was good. I had the watermelon salad and my husband had the Burratta appetizer and we shared brussels sprouts. The brussels sprouts were cooked well but they were a little boring. Could’ve used more balsamic and some salt. The watermelon salad had no lettuce and the shrimp would’ve been better Grilled. My husband’sBurratta was a small portion. Atmosphere was great because we sat out on the deck and it was beautiful out.

Our server initially was very enthusiastic and nice but left mid-service as he was not feeling well. The orders were all incorrect. The staff did pick up where he left off but it was very disconcerting as we needed to be out of there at a particular time.

We all had one of a variety of the burgers and they were all fantastic. The standouts were the burger with peanut butter and the Apres burger with the fried green tomatoes. But honestly any of the burgers would have been great.

We found a parking spot in the lot and sat at one of the tables on the outdoor deck. It was cloudy but cleared up while we were there. The umbrella provided a nice amount of shade for our table. Food and drinks were fabulous. Servers were helpful and cheery. Several people in our group had never been here before. Everyone was very happy with the tuna entree, salmon entree, ceviche, Barnyard Reunion burger and salads. Margaritas are served in pint glasses so very generous for the price. I saw the server bringing fresh water out to fill the dog bowl so they allow dogs on the deck. We were a group of 8. Some places struggle with larger parties but these guys handled it with ease. Will return soon.
