Our waiter, a young man in his first year of residency at a local hospital, made our dining experience wonderful. Definitely recommend the shrimp pesto pizza.....so yummy!!!
Pizza was well below average.
Prosciutto and borrata dish -- might consider a baguette to be served with that dish
Pita bread was store bought and microwaved
Food was delicious! Drinks were strong and satisfying too
Good food, waiter was personally bad but multiple other staff came and checked on us for him so not bad
Delicious pizza, came with honey to drizzle on top 🤗
Seated right away, service was great. Price was a little high, but hey-we’re in Hawaii!
Kind of like a sports bar. Liked the live music, food is nothing fancy.
Pizza was like warm upon arrival and server took several minutes to greet our table upon being seated. Once we were seated and had her attention, things were good.
Happy hours is good. Service was long wait if you want to order off the happy hour menu.
First, a big shout out to the live musicians. Excellent song choices and terrific musicianship. They were top notch and really added to the ambience. Service was definitely on the slow side, although the food came out relatively quickly. Our waitress was friendly, but you could tell she was swamped. We waited almost 10 minutes for our check at the end of dinner. The pizza and cocktails were good, but not exceptional. We were disappointed that the gnocchi appetizer was sold out, but the ravioli our waitress recommended instead was outstanding. Overall, it was a fun evening.
Cruise line type food. Stay away, unless you’re into that.
Service was absolutely horrible.
Happy hour, drinks and pupus. Great value for Waikiki.
Great food, great service, patio was like a wind tunnel, but not their fault!
Great views out of large windows. Unique food with an Italian flare. High tops are a bit small but booths are perfect. Highly recommended for a quick bite and a beer!
The hostess had a little problem finding our Open Table reservation, but once she found it, she was friendly. The wait staff was excellent.
Our first time at Appetito! Have driven and walked by it a number of times and always though "we should try that" - so we finally did and we weren't disappointed. The appetizers were excellent, including the hummus with pita and some of the most delicious sundried tomatoes I've ever had. The pizzas were great and our wait person was excellent - very attentive and fun.
I have a lot of choices for good pizza and Appetito is now on that list. (If you're wondering, my other favorite is my neighborhood Brick Fire Tavern on Waialae)
Loved the limoncello lemon drop cocktail and meatball. Portobello fries were delicious! Good service, lively atmosphere.
Perfect service and excellent food
It’s a nice location with validated parking (this is great, parking in Waikiki is challenging). We were seated on lanai, which is nice, quiet secluded area. The cushion on the wooden bench was really thin, maybe an inch, really soft but provide no cushion for our bottom at all. Very thin and uncomfortable. Need serious 3-4” cushions to be comfortable.
Service was a bit slow, especially when we’re ready to place order and to get our check.
Food was good - we had pizza as starter, and pappardelle and risotto as our entrees.
Red wine sangria was too sweet and pricey @ $18 a glass!
Service was slow even with multiple servers walking around and the food was very overpriced.
Pretty loud as it’s all concrete and glass. Food was great, pizza and meatball were amazing. Drinks nice. Sangria too sweet. Server was super nice but had too many tables so she was pretty rushed and busy. Not her fault.
Great food and great service
The small plates were absolutely perfect. Main dishes were all good with exception of the ribeye. It was similar to something from a Vegas casino buffet. Ew. Ragout was excellent, gluten-free oizza was crunchy, alfredo was delish.
We didn’t have great service. Our waitress had too many tables and she didn’t check on us to see if our food came out as ordered. When she finally came, she proceeded to ask us if we wanted desert, i mentioned to her we still hadn’t received the rest of our dinner only the pizza!!!
Also a extremely loud yelling obnoxious totally inappropriate conversation at the table next to us. We couldn’t even here ourselves talking. Several tables around us were annoyed as well. We just didn’t have a good experience but may have been just a bad night. The pizza was the good and that’s about all I can compliment.
The manager came over but really said nothing but sorry. Forgetting part of your main meal is totally unacceptable to me but hey I’m only the customer!
Best Napolitano pizza around and better than most anywhere even outside Hawaii...a bit pricey but it's Wiakiki after all.
Our waiter was awesome. Everything came fast. That’s not always great - but it worked out in this night as we had somewhere to be. Look forward to going back soon.
First of all, order the spicy meatball. Oh my goodness, so amazing. Probably the best meatball I’ve ever had. Then we had the salami pizza and the Quattro formaggio pizza. Both were fantastic. I especially loved the honey on top of the cheese pizza. If you are a fan of Neapolitan style pizza, you must eat here.
Was nice time, went during happy hour. Our party ordered two pizzas a Margarita and essentially the same Margarita with sardines - both were OK, nothing to write to Naples about. We were impressed by the shishito peppers so we order several orders. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. Enjoyed the experience would recommend to others and would return again.
Really good food but less menu than before
We went for Happy Hour during dinner time on a week day. The service was attentive, the food was well-prepared and arrived promptly. HH prices for drinks were great and some food items are discounted as well. The margarita pizza is perfect. I will return.
Tyler great bartender very friendly
My friend was birthday. Restaurant prepared birthday cake plate !!!
Great food, service and drinks. Love the Herb chicken.
David and the bartender were very polite. I loved their up beat energy!!!
Great food and service. Especially liked the meatball
Lackluster service. Pizza soggy in the middle, and toppings haphazardly placed. Still looking for brilliant pizza in HNL with service that says please come again
Despite large crowds hoping to get a walk up table, we were seated right on time for our Open Table reservation. The management and waitstaff were all very attentive, helpful with suggestions and provided excellent service, even creating a special dessert platter for us upon request. We had the garlic bread, shishito peppers, the Caesar and the arugula salads, the salumi pizza (they happily customized it for us), the pappardelle bolognese, crab pasta and the mushroom risotto. All were outstanding. No complaints on any dish. Can’t wait to go back!
It was a fine experience, and the food is delicious!
Great place. Was super busy on Valentines. Wait staff needed more training. I asked for no cheese and my salad still had cheese on it. Salad took a long time to come out, and then meals came out right after it. Table was not big enough for all of it.
