   I am disappointed with Open Table. When this restaurant was opened we went there multiple times with excellent food and service so when my wife saw we could get a reservation for last Sat we were excited. THE RESTAURANT is CLOSED!!! I believe my wife contact you guys through you website with no response. You can see our account which we have not used any of our credits as yet but we go through Open Table mostly all the time. A response to us is in order

   Got to the restaurant for the scheduled dinner Monday 8/10/2020 @ 6:30pm and found out they closed up I believe 8/5/2020 w/o any notice assume due to Covid-19 issues .

   Calamari overcooked, scallops were too salty and Mahi was overcooked Too expensive dinner : poor quality

   I was very excited to try this new restaurant but ended up having a terribly disappointing evening filled with mistakes at every point of service. I have worked in the hospitality industry my entire life and also dine out 4 times a week, so it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. The venue is beautiful, but you can tell the staff and management need several more weeks of training. The server greeted us well, but then said the wine we requested unfortunately was unavailable. Then she returned and said she was mistaken and they did indeed have it. Fine. The appetizers were disappointing as well, however. We had a bland French onion soup, and a poor excuse for a Greek salad. The server then brought an additional appetizer that we made clear we had not ordered. A different staff member then came and said that dish was brought to the wrong table. For the entree, the broiled seafood platter did nothing to improve our experience. It was all dry and overcooked, although a good sized portion. The entree was also missing the side item, which for some reason the server could not comprehend until I physically pointed to the missing item in the menu. All of this after having to wait over 15 minutes for her to check in on us and to end up hearing that the side item was no longer available. Ultimately this evening cost over $100 for a very subpar dining experience, to say the least. The 4 star reviews left by others is nowhere near an accurate reflection of my night at this restaurant.

   Haven't been back since new owner took over. Loved the new menu choices. Ordered the flounder which was over cooked and dry. They did take it back and fortunately for me , they gave me someone else's flounder dinner so I didnt wait long for them to bring another one. Our waiter was inexperienced and also should of been more knowledgeable about the menu. Couldn't tell us how some of the entrees were prepared. Not sure if I would go back anytime soon!
