I had the lobster special last year and loved it. This year the lobster tail was half the size. I was very disappointed. The waitress mentioned the crab cakes were made with no filler. My friend asked if she could have one crab cake as an appetizer. She was charged half the full dinner size…that wasn’t clear.

Jasmine is the loveliest server. Thank you for making my husband's birthday special. The lobster special was fabulous, cooked to perfection and reasonably priced. My husbands salmon was slightly dry. Everything else was just right. See you soon Anthony's.

Our dinner was excellent. I had the lobster fettuccine , it was delicious. The caesar salad was also spot on. I would highly recommend Anthony's for dinner anytime for any occasion.

Two of us are gluten-free and we had many options. I had the scallops and they were outstanding. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his seafood pasta. Wine was also excellent.

We always enjoy the food at Anthony's- I had rhe Crab dinner this time and got more crab than I could eat. Our server Jasmine is the Best! W e truly had a great time with wonderful people and great food!

Unfortunately the reservation I made for two ar 6:15 didn't happen because, according to the staff everyone wad staying longer and we could wait in the bar, or we could wait in the lobby. We decided to get a rable in the bar area and told the hostess that wr would eat there. Our server, Kayla, in the bar area was so kind and very accommodating. The manager stopped by our table to say she heard that wr didn't get the table in the dining room we had reserved, so she offered a complimentary appetizer or dessert of our choice. We were treated very well and our lobster dinner was fantastic. We did have a creme Brule fir dessert and it was quite the cherry on top fir our dinner experience. We will absolutely make reservations fir other dinners.

We have eaten at this restaurant on many occasions, it never disappoints. The service staff and ambience is first rate. Food quality is in line with the prices. A regular “go to” restaurant for us.

The food was overpriced and preparation was poor. Both our vegetables were overcooked and potatoes were lumpy. Save your money and go to another place to eat in Boise.

The food was great, my wife had lobster which was a nice size and I enjoyed the halibut. Service was outstanding. The only flaw was our wine, was supposed to be a nice bottle of a 2018 Pepper Bridge Cab listed on the menu, but turned out to be a tart 2019 instead. For $125 was a disappointment, to say the least.

Saturday night reservation for four. We were put at such a small table the appetizers had no room on the table, especially when you add drinks etc. Worst dinner experience we have ever had. They were out of everything. Multiple main courses, multiple desserts, it was a 7pm reservation, how are they out of everything already?! Ordered a steak with potatoes and showed up with rice because they were out of potato’s. Our steaks were cooked correctly but so salty none of us could eat them. It’s like they dumped the seasoning on after they were cooked. So basically it would have been $75 for a side of rice and inedible steak. Brussel sprouts were undercooked as well. They did take the entrees off the bill which should be expected when you can’t eat the dinner. We felt so bad for the server because it was one thing after another with a “no we are out of that”. Even the first drink ordered was a hot toddy and it came in a snifter glass. It was a hot hot drink and you can’t even pick it up. Was told they were out of the glasses that have handles. Was brought a coffee cup to pour the drink into so I could hold it. Would expect better for a restaurant of this style. Super disappointing, was our first time there. Doubt we would have a reason to ever go back when Boise has so many other great options.

We had a last minute addition to our party. The hostess listened to my request for a booth (padding for my rear end) and was able to put 2 tables together for us to accommodate the 5th person who was a lovely 7 year old girl. We thank you very much.

Advertised $32 Fall Lobster Special (expires Nov 22nd, 2023). Also tried the combo true cod taco with cup of clam chowder $17. And a half dozen (6-count) Baywater Sweets Raw Oysters ($4.25 each). My Guest had the Planked Salmon. Food items were good; with slight exception: the fresh made market veggies included small Brussel Sprouts which were ‘halved’ and blanched. The “sprouts” were thick (many layers) and chewy (a bit too chewy for us). If I were preparing them, personally, I would QUARTER them for a better full cooking finish. (Suggestion for the kitchen cooking line). We tried the Brussels but ended up leaving most on our plates. The other veggies were just fine. Service was very good and attentive. (Evan M. and Ian at FOH/Intake Desk). Other diners have also commented on the same item (Brussels) via Google Reviews. At dinner close we shared the signature ‘Anthony’s Burnt Cream’ with Huckleberries which was excellent for dessert. Your server will probably ask if you need parking garage validation(s) but if not, or forgotten then just mention and they will do the validation before you leave the restaurant. All things considered, it was a most pleasant experience. Note: Anthony’s is upscale dinning but not as ‘pretentious’ as Ruth Chris’ Steakhouse or Chandlers Steakhouse) if you desire high end food with a bit less formality).
