Very nice setting at the lower level outdoor patio. Food was decent but extremely overpriced for the quality. Service was deplorable. It has been many years since we have seen worse. I understand that it is difficult to find enough help in certain areas but they would be better off significantly curtailing the number of tables.

Friendly waiter and nice Live-music - that’s the best I can say about that place. Should have gotten superstitious when I noticed the place being empty at 7 p.m. Ordered the artichoke dip for starters as I was looking for something on the healthier side. The dip proved to be a hot pan with lots of bechamel sauce and cheese, little to no artichoke, barely edible, I couldn’t eat it. The waiter was so nice not to put it on our check. Main was a salad for me and pasta for the ripe price of 40$ for the hubby. This dish was again drowned in a super rich cheesy sauce. My salad came with unpeeled edamame beans, which I had to pick out of my salad and peel them, the skin isn’t edible. The waiter said he didn’t know why the kitchen did that as they know, I wasn’t the first to complain. To top it, one of the cherry tomatoes in my salad hat already gone bad with mold, that’s when we decided not to have any more food, dessert or drinks from that place. I’m clueless why a Curio by Hilton is interested in scaring customers away with such a badly managed kitchen? Would highly not recommend this place at all. My advice for the restaurant : stick to the basics, simple menu, cook only what you know and don’t try to live up to standards you can’t reach and stick to fresh, favorably local produce. Maybe customers might return.

They add tip automatically even if you are 2 people, never heard of this at a fine restaurant. Tip should be customer’s discretion. The waitress(s) need to be educated about wine, she was clueless! I felt tables were not tended and cleaned after clients left. I don’t enjoy looking at dirty plates when I am eating a nice meal with a nice ambiance and a view.

This was our first dinner visit, but we had really enjoyed breakfast there previously. The setting is spectacular and the gardens beautiful. Unfortunately, the temperature was over 100 degrees at 7:00 p.m., and their misters weren't working, they said. It was too hot to enjoy the setting or the meal. As for the food, it is expensive and only average for the price. My salad entree had good ingredients and flavors, but was literally swimming in dressing so the greens were wilted. The best part of the meal was the company at our table and the great musician, Greg Istock who performed for diners. Excellent. Pretty sure we won't go back there again in the summer heat. I recommend breakfast but not dinner in the summer heat.

The service was friendly and courteous. The food was not fresh the appearance was average. The beets had no taste. The shrimp was over cooked and chewy, the salmon was dry and the blueberries and strawberries were not fresh. The bill was $100.00 for two salads and appetizer. That is a little much even in Zion. The chairs were too low for the table. The views were fantastic.

Some parts of our meals were tired for example some of the salad leaves were past their best. The raspberries with the cheese cake were also tired. However, the seafood pasta and pork chop was great. Our server in the evening was excellent but over stretched, and some drinks look a long time.

Ordered the walnut crusted salad. Majority of the lettuce looked like it was poured out the bag and was wilted. No walnuts on the salad. Only 2 choices for the salad dressings. Also ordered the artichoke appetizer. All the ingredients were in large pieces not dip size or easy to eat unless you cut them up first for the pita chips.

Wife and I stopped by for lunch she had a salad and I had a burger with beer batter parmesan cheese fries. They were delicious some of best chips and dipping sauce I have ever had. The wife really liked her salad. I didn’t have to ask her. She told me! And it didn’t stay on the plate long. We will visit this place again!

The food is terrific! Service was great. AJ was our waiter and he was personable and professional. Atmosphere is nice. It’s very small but the menu is good. I will definitely recommend Anthera to others.

Great unexpected find! Amazing view - the back of the restaurant is open - garage door style. We sat just inside and we’re able to enjoy the amazing view even while it was raining! Food was great. And very good service!

My food was cold. As if they tried warming it up but putting it over a warm plate and under light warmer hoping to reach the right temperature. Even the cheese over the vegetables had not melt. They took it back and brought another plate of food which was this time warm. And, they did not charge me for the food. However, you don’t expect this in a restaurant of this caliber.

The experience at Anthera after a day of hiking in Zion was just perfect. The food was excellent- I had the parmesan crusted salmon and husband had a salad loaded with berries to which he added salmon. Both were just the right sized portions and very fresh and tasty. The soup was excellent and the chef agreed to give me the recipe! Live music was a pleasant variety of songs from the 70s and 80s mostly and the volume was just right. Waiter was very pleasant as well, making it a thoroughly lovely experience. I look forward to returning to Zion and to Anthera.

My wife and I went during a surprise Valentine’s Day snow storm. It was very cozy and the food and service was great. I had the ribeye and my wife had the Parmesan crusted salmon. Both were great as well as the Moscow mules.
