    Join us as we welcome chef Theo Adley from Marigold in Lyons, CO for a guest chef dinner! Theo is an old friend of Caroline's and a mainstay in the Front Range dining scene. At the James Beard-nominated Marigold, he cooks rustic French- and Italian-style dishes with top shelf local ingredients from Boulder and Longmont, complemented by an absolutely bangin' and prolific wine list.                                                                                     Wow! What a delightful experience from beginning to end for us! The food on the menu featured some lovely complex springtime flavors, which were incredibly satisfying. Plus, the service was very warm and helpful, and its casual classy setting couldn't have been more perfect. Highly recommend!

                                                                                    The mafaldine with ramps and morels was a light pasta dish on a snowy Friday and the lamb skewers were tender and perfectly Smokey / grilled. It came with an allium ash yogurt dip. Solid. Also the pecan pie is incredible. Added a scoop of the early grey ice cream. So freaking good. The chocolate feuilletine ice cream is my favorite ice cream in Denver. I love this place. There isn’t a lot of choices on This side of the Denver metro that do a meal like the chefs here can. Book a table. Go by yourself. Drink a cocktail and get the dessert 🍨🍹
