For the full experience a 6 courses tasting menu is also available.
Our sommelier Julie Hélie curates a wine list designed to pair with the creations chef Beaulieu & his team brings to the table. Enhancing our approach to what we believe is an outstanding gastronomic experience.

We did the tasting menu and they did a great job at accommodating one vegetarian. Amazing service and food was fantastic. Creative and thoughtful dishes. Definitely worth a trip to Canmore!

Surprising Michelin is not here yet!! Should be in top 10 of Canada. Staff is lovely, very caring, makes you comfortable. For vegetarian, everything was great, standout cauliflower wrapped in cabbage… yuuuuummmmmmm! Kiss the chefs hand!! Overall phenomenal experience of fine dining!! Must for Michelin and James B!!! Definitely coming back!!

We had a fabulous time at Ankor . Their service was impeccable and the food was amazing. We ordered their tasting menu and had their premium wine pairings. The progression of the meal was perfect and every bite was SO enjoyable! We cannot wait to return.

Had a fantastic meal at Ankor. The food, service and vibe were perfect. We had seating at the bar close to the kitchen so we were right in the action. I loved the thought put into the tasting menu we had, and the suggestion by our server to pair it with a bottle of sake was amazing. The cocktail game is strong and you won't be disappointed. We will definitely going back next time we're in Canmore.

Absolutely incredible dining experience!! Chef Danny is beyond talented - each dish is creative and delicious. Wonderful flavors, textures, and uniqueness. Menu changes with the seasons. Fabulous cocktails by Josh and unique and very well paired wines by Julie. Paisley and the front of house team are professional, friendly, and endearing - we are treated like family. There is no better dining experience!
