                                                                        It was a really good dinner, although it is very early for me but 5PM is the time they started and usually you will get a very cool table if you reserved early or maybe 7PM is good too. I wish it is nigh time to see the outside while dining in. I can feel the window glass heat on my side. Those glass window should have a really good heat cover. Foods are good and definitely fined, I think the Turon is insanely sweet and the Crab Fried Rice is not to good, missing some flavor Im looking for, these is the only 2 items I am not impress of, beaide its silky wrapper that make it very classy.

                                                                        My wife and I went to Animae for our 24th wedding anniversary. It was an absolutely amazing experience! The food was absolutely incredible! We both had the Wagyu tenderloin. It was perfection! The sides were amazing as well! As good as the food was, the services was even better. The staff went out of there way to make our night special. They were extremely attentive but not overpowering, answering all of our questions, making recommendations without being pushy and really made our night outstanding! I can honestly say it was the best restaurant dining experience top to bottom that we have ever had.

                                                                        Animae has a great atmosphere, a very nice bar set up. We sat in a semi booth that was quite comfortable. The food was interesting and tasty. The service was exceptional, all around it was a very good time. The noise level was such that we could easily converse. We will be going back!

                                                                        Perfect! We had filet mignon cooked medium. I also had the cooked cabbage which was delicious along with crab fried rice, yellow tail crude. For desert pana cotta- to live for!

                                                                        Incredible experience. Food was out of this world delicious. I loved everything I tried. Cocktails, wine and mocktail were phenomenal. The whole table kept talking about how delicious the short rib, wagyu rice and cabbage were! We had a great experience, and everyone has mentioned how much they love this restaurant and can’t wait to go back several times!

                                                                        Anime is one of our favorite restaurants in San Diego! The bartenders Adam and Lauren were so fun to talk to; and, our server Kanai (sp?) was also fun and very knowledgeable about the menu. Needless to say, the food was outstanding. Kudos to Chef Tara! As always, thanks to everyone at Anime for a wonderful dining experience.
