   Animae has not disappointed us, we dine here often. We always bring our guests from out of town to Animae and everyone falls in love. The ambience is everything, their music and mmm the fooooood. We’ve been going back for many years and we will continue to go back. Thank you Alex for taking care of us last night.

   Not worth visiting. The dishes are overpriced, portions are small, and the taste is mediocre. The service is okay, but there’s no free parking—parking costs at least $20. The average cost per person is $150

   The Mother’s Day brunch was exceptional and allowed a newcomer to experience the breadth of the Animae menu.

   Service was very slow. Had a reservation and didn’t get the entrée on the table until an hour and a half later.

   This was our group of 8, first time to Animae. From the moment you walked in it was visually beautiful. We ordered several appetizers and we all tried something different for our main course. The food was incredible! So many flavors and the presentation was very creative. Every thing we ordered tasted amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It was a wonderful surprise.

   What a disappointment! Animae has a great reputation so we were really looking forward to our dinner. The cocktails were good but it quickly went downhill. The food was awful! It was the worst meal that I can ever recall.

    Another great dinner at Animae. The ambiance, the cocktails, the creative food all make for a great celebratory dinner. Some highlights: multiple great cocktails, including The Malarkey (a non-alcoholic cocktail), don't sleep on that; some great bites like the Tuna Crispy Rice, the Taiwanese Chicken, and the Hunan Lamb Chops. We tried a few large plates, the Short Rib Kare Kare was great as usual. The Assam fish curry was also solid, however, we were underwhelmed by the Tomahawk Pork Collar. I was expected more flavor and it felt a little lacking. Again, great vibe (comfortably loud, good music choice), good food/drinks, and excellent service.
