We have dinner at Anima about 1 every other month. The service, food and their creativity with flavors is outstanding. The tasting menu is the big hit and we usually get it. Priced at $95 a person it is a tremendous value compared to other tasting menus around town. We ate their last night and the scallop in a half shell, the lobster ravioli and the other pasta dish were the favorites. The servers are very attentive while not overwhelming. Joe one of the Partners is super friendly and the Chef is an award winning chef. This and EDO are two of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas.

This is a WOW restaurant! We had the chefs tasting menu ( both regular and vegan) and both exceeded expectations y 100%+! Service was attentive but not intrusive. The sommelier is also on hand to find that perfect bottle. Hand crafted cocktails were inventive. But the food ……each bite was a treat.

Food was great, but it took so long in between dishes. Our reservations was at 6:15 pm, our table was ready, which was great. We ended up leaving at 8:45pm. No explanation as to way the slow service. Not sure I'll go back.

Could not have been better. I had the vegetarian tasting menu and my husband had the regular tasting menu. Everything was great, we couldn’t pick a favorite dish. Fun cocktails, great vibe, outstanding service. We sat at the bar and Brody went above and beyond.

When going of the strip you always want to find a great place and Anima was a great recommendation from a Vegas friend. Service from Anthony was great. Super knowledgeable and well executed. Food was on point and paced very well for us as we ordered numerous courses. Would certainly return.

There's a reason why Anima by EDO has been one of the best restaurants in town the last several years. Great food and service all around. Shout out to the sommelier Joe. He was extremely knowledgeable about the type of wine we had brought for our anniversary dinner and how it would pair with our dinner. He was also very personable and engaging. Anima by EDO is a great date night meal for those who love the surprise that comes with tasting menus.

What a treasure! We enjoyed an ah-may-zing tasting menu and some delicious cocktails. If you are coming in from out of town and staying on the strip, it is 100% worth the trek over to meet the team at Anima. Everyone was fantastic; Julio and Taylor took excellent care of us! Favorite foods include ev.er.e.thing. Shout out for the Kaluga Caviar & Eggs, Smoked Hamachi, Massachusetts U10 Scallop, Iberico Coppa, and Passion Fruit Creme Brule. Delightful drinks included Puppy Love, Shrimp With a Lobster Tattoo (those two were slightly sweet, bubbly and refreshing), Old Fashioned for Maui and Manhattan Spice Market (Bourbon faves!).

Solid 5 star restaurant! My husband and I took our teenage daughter for a dinner there and all three of us were blown away by the fresh and flavorful dishes! This is a must try for foodies out there!
