   Most of the dishes are fusion in style. But The creativity in them exceeded my expectations. Very well done.

   We arrived to celebrate my wife’s birthday with the high expectations befitting a Michelin-starred establishment-a place where culinary artistry and impeccable service should combine to create an unforgettable experience. While the attendant who greeted us was friendly enough, the overall welcome and seating arrangements fell short of the refinement one anticipates at this level. Our initial table was uncomfortable and poorly situated. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took considerable effort to be moved to a more suitable spot-a surprising oversight in a venue that should prioritize guest comfort effortlessly. This early friction set a tone of inattentiveness that would persist throughout the evening. Service was uneven and sluggish. We waited longer than appropriate to place our order, and although the timing of the courses was acceptable, the presentation faltered: after our appetizers, the second course arrived before the plates were cleared, not sure if the expectation was that we should use the same ones but we had a fish starter so seemed odd, the new plates were brought without accompanying cutlery, elementary lapse that shattered the seamless rhythm expected in fine dining. These missteps suggested a team struggling to coordinate, undermining the polished experience a Michelin star demands. Though the waiter and staff responded graciously to our concerns-offering a complimentary drink and waiving the corkage fee-such gestures felt more like damage control than genuine hospitality. At this echelon, service should be anticipatory and flawless, not remedial. The cuisine itself showed undeniable promise, with moments of skill and quality that hint at the kitchen’s potential. Yet, the overall atmosphere and service failed to match the standards implicit in the Michelin accolade. This restaurant must remember that a star is not merely a badge for the kitchen but a holistic commitment to excellence-one that, on this occasion, regrettably went unfulfilled.

   Excellent 12 course chefs tasting menu, excellent service from all our servers, they were all very friendly, courteous and totally on it throughout the night and the value for what we received was amazing worth it!!! Thank you again for a great experience!!! Our compliments to all the chefs!!!

   Liz was fantastic! All of the staff were very helpful. The food was unique and such a fun experience. I’d definitely recommend The Angler to anyone in the area.

    Not impressed. I would not recommend. I did not like the family style of sharing. Seems like no matter how many people in your party you get one of each to share even though the cost is $145 per person. Table of 3 seem to get same size dish as our table of 5. One ice cream dessert to split 5 ways. No thanks. Never again. We literally went to another restaurant immediately after because we were still hungry. And we were a party of 1 average sized male and 4 petite females. We eat less than the average adult. I added pictures of all the food that was served for 5 adults. What a rip off!
