We booked a last minute reservation for happy hour and were pleasantly surprised with the value. The dumplings were very tasty and the drinks were great. The group had a great time and we will be back next time we are in Richmond.

We had a very good time. You know you are in the south when one of the options is a biscuit and gravy dumpling. All the dumplings Tasted fresh , and were flavorful. Would recommend.

Fabulous ambience and decor. Food was innovative and delicious. Wait staff was friendly and professional. A great place to go for a date night or to hang with friends. A great twist on Asian inspired cuisine!!!

Really liked the Richmond Restaurant Week menu items we tried which aren't on the regular menu--the Dan Dan noodles (a Sichuan dish) and short ribs were excellent. The items we tried on the regular menu were just OK. For example, the scallion pancake was heavy, not light and delicate as it is typically served. And the pork belly was an choice cut of meat but salty. Our waiter was pleasant and helpful in choosing what to eat. This is a great people-watching restaurant for the Richmond hipster scene. However, if you are looking for more authentic dim sum (Cantonese style) in Richmond, I suggest Full Kee or Cantonese Kitchen.
