We started with calamari. It was not fried enough. Some parts were soft/gooey from breading. Ordered Baja tacos and fish and chips. Baja tacos were made with salmon, which was not stated on the menu. Tasted horrific with cabbage and salsa. The rice pilaf was hard, and the black beans tasted canned. Beer batter on fish was very greasy and thick breading. We sat near an outdoor window and the window frame was dirty with debris. Floors near the kitchen were dirty.

Dirty tables, food inedible, very run down. Only plus was our server was a nice young man.

Had dinner at 7:00 on a Wednesday. Not a lot of customers around so quiet. We enjoyed our meals. Service was fine. Thanks

We will definitely be back to anchor Rose. The views are absolutely stunning and the service was wonderful. I got the blackberry salad and it was delicious. My dad got the bread bowl clam chowder and everyone agreed that it was so good. This place is now one of our favorites. They easily accommodated our party of six everyone raved about their food. The servers were attentive and we will be back.

Gorgeous views. Good food (love the calamari, the seafood pasta). Fun music. What else would one want?

Great food and service. Great view and atmosphere. My wife and I had a wonderful evening. We will definitely go there next time we are Santa Barbara.

Eggs Benedict eggs were hard boiled then when they redid the plate was sogy with water with barely any sauce. The harbor view was gorgeous!

We truly enjoyed the celebration of my birthday. The servers were very accommodating and informative. Every dish served was delicious. We would DEFINITELY come back again to enjoy this GREAT restaurant. We will also recommend it to all our friends. They forgot the special bday request I asked them when I called, however.
