  The 2018 Pinot Gris is a medium-bodied orange wine. Orange wines, also known as "contact" wines are white wines that are produced like red wines (kind of like the opposite of a rose). Here, grapes were harvested, and the juice was left in contact with the skin, giving the finished product its signature color. The extended skin contact also increases the wine's tannins. It has flavors of peach, rose, and a hint of citrus peel

  These pinot noir grapes were harvested from Egger Ranch on top of Mount Madonna. Vines were individually tended to with the utmost care, and hand-harvested by winemaker Chris. The resulting wine is fantastic, with complex, fruit-forward flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry dominating the palate

  Trousseau is one of the rarest wine grapes grown, with a very limited number of acres planted in the United States. This very dry wine has the peppery spice of a Zinfandel and the smoothness of a Pinot Noir. Its light mossy minerality and chalky finish makes it an easy choice to compliment a variety of foods and flavors
