Firstly, very unimpressed with the booking. Very "cold" and impersonal. 2nd, we had to stand waiting for quite a while, as did everyone else, to be greeted and shown to table. 3rd We were seated for at least 20 minutes before anyone came to take our drinks/menu order and at the time there were many empty tables, so it was not too busy. 4th. we then waited another 15 minutes for our drinks. Another 5 minutes and we would have left. the restaurant and dined elsewhere. 5th I received the incorrect drink order, twice. Eventually went to the bar and spoke with the barman who got it correct. (Lemonade, not lemon squash, lime and bitters) Staff were very pleasant and tried to be helpful but it was obvious they had very little waiter training. Food was ok but nothing to rave over.

The food was good. The ready cook meals were straight out of the oven great ambience, quiet and great place to celebrate my birthday.

There was cockroaches on the wall and on the table next to us. The wait staff were difficult to get to take our order

Not overly happy with our night unfortunately my soft tacos was burnt and black around the rim couldn't eat it and the pork belly was tough and overcooked. We had to keep going up to staff to order drinks they didn't come to the table once food was given no check ins of how everything was. Heaters were on and then put off and it was freezing and then turned back on again. Was not worth $250 for two adults and two children very expensive and not up the our expectations

the service was fantastic worker was so lovely but the food was very dry and bland with too much oil i ended up being sick after it
