   The food was great, specially the seafood lasagna and linguine. The service was even better, staff is very professional and friendly, very attentive, we remember specially Eddy, Julia and Javier, all were great. Our only critism would be the noise level, the room was full, so it was a bit loud, it does need some acoustic work.

   The staff were very pleasant and attentive when we first arrived and took our order. We enjoyed the food but the service during the meal was lacking. We had to pour our own wine, and after we declined to order desert, we were not approached by staff at all. After 15 minutes of trying to get someone's attention, we left our table and had to find someone to sign our account. The male staff member was apologetic but too late. For a five star Resort the experience was very disappointing.

   Now that I understand the menu the experience of dining here was much more pleasant

   I get the Italian theme but the menu is confusing. I regret ordering the Reef Fish. It was rubbery, dry and tasteless. Not even the small amount of cherry tomatoes added any flavour. Luckily I got to finish off the wife's left over pizza which was flavour overload (in a good way). Hopefully my next meal there, will be a better experience because dining options on the Island are currently limited to 2 locations.

   Food was delicious! Our pizza and pasta were excellent. We had the spicy salami pizza & seafood pasta. Broccolini was good too as was the tiramisu! The limoncello spritz was also good.
