I order a medium well Hawaiian Ribeye and my wife got the chicken Marsala and both were burnt up and taste awful I wouldn’t recommend this place at all food wasn’t good but the employees were very nice.

My group of four enjoyed our visit to Americano. The food and service were excellent. The prices were reasonable. Making the reservations were easy online. Our only complaint would be the noise level. It was a full house and it was difficult hearing our companions. It would be nice in the future to see the owner install some ceiling noise diffusers. Otherwise, we loved our visit.

We enjoyed our meal, although it was pricey. I had the salmon and spinach and my husband had the Hawaiian rib eye. Suprised at the cost of the rib eye. We came from JC so it was a nice drive. We will probably return but make our order less expensive.

That was the best steak ever! Cooked perfectly! My son had the spaghetti plate, it was so delicious and will get that again! (Better than Olive Garden!!) good sweet tea, not overly sweet. Table decor had a very nice, fresh touch. we look forward to coming back again!

It was our first trip to Americano Steakhouse and definitely not our last! After passing the restaurant dozens of times and after learning they had been voted as having the best steak in the area, we decided to give it a try for dinner. The Hawaiian Ribeye was definitely worth the hype, so flavorful, tender and done to perfection. We finished off dinner with 12 layer chocolate cake to-go at home. It was sheer chocolate indulgence. The staff was very welcoming, service was fine. The only thing negative was the the loud talking amongst other diners, but definitely a wonderful meal!

We would return. The rolls were fantastic as was most of the meal. I would not order prime rib again as all three were over cooked. The peanut butter pie was not my favorite. We still don't understand the alcohol situation. Overall for the area this is a good place.

Great addition to Roan Mountain area! Not too far away from other cities ~ and nice for locals. Surprisingly Great ambiance and great dishes to choose from at a very reasonable price! (Check website) My husband loved the Prime Rib, and I thoroughly enjoyed my Grilled Chicken Fettuccine Americano! A good selection of great little sides available as well~ neighboring table said the seafood pasta special was awesome! Well worth going! We will go again and take friends! (Beer, but no liquor yet, but an ice cold Stella or two topped it off well with us!)
