   We have eaten here many times and always enjoy the experience. This last trip was a total disappointment. We were a group of 7 for Christmas Eve. The service was very poor. The waitress was not engaged with our group. She was very inattentive and it impacted the evening. The food which is usually very good was average at best. The wait staff in general seemed confused bringing the wrong drinks, serving people the wrong food and seeming to "push" us out. The evening was a great disappointment.

   Our first time there for Saturday Date Night! Food and service was really great. Didn't like where we were seated though. In the back near the pizza ovens. Would have preferred to be in the main dining room. Just a suggestion - maybe save the seating in the front, bar area and oven area for walk ins. Reservations should be seated in the main area.

   The evening started pleasantly and relaxing after a hard day of work. Ambiance was nice until the bar-flies came in as if they owned the place. Unfortunately, we were seated on the bar side (big mistake). Noise volume went up, music got louder, and the evening fell apart. They shouldn't have dining area right inside the bar location. Service was nice but uncertain about returning. Not recommended for a quiet night out.

   First time dining here and everything was excellent. Our server, Brittany was great with the kids.

   This was our second visit to Americano, and we were left very satisfied again. All meals ordered with our group were raved about, and our server was very kind and catered to our needs promptly. We look forward to our next visit!

   The food was o.k. The steak was a bit tough and the pasta with steak a little bland, but the crab cake special app was very good. They didn't have merlot by the glass. Service was only o.k. We will try again. Nice looking place.

    This place was fine, but not good for a special occasion (birthday). It was deafeningly loud at 6:30 pm (all hard surfaces everywhere), and the menu had a few interesting, foodie-type items (my husband's Kobe beef ravioli was excellent), a lot of pasta, and not much that's fresh or good for those avoiding gluten - my chicken marsala was fine, but as old-fashioned as it comes. We also didn't get our entrees in time to have dessert, despite our explaining to the server when we ordered that we had to leave in time to get to a show. He brought a bowl of gelato with a birthday sparkler anyway, which was very nice.
