Americana Las Vegas

Their sparse and expensive wine list was the only aspect of our experience that was not excellent.
Bad service for equally bad food. Multiple cups were dirty and it took forever to receive coffee refills. The food was lackluster, in line with what one would receive at TGIFridays. Most dishes lacked flavor and failed to impress. For $42 per person, there are far better buffets to be found.
Had a guy friend visiting from Chicago. I asked him if he wanted to have an outstanding brunch and meet Carlos Santana. He gave it a thumbs up so we went to Sunday brunch and were not disappointed! The food and service were the best you could ask for. The food kept coming, one scrumptious course after another. We talked and drank and listened for almost three hours! The entire time we were there, we were entertained by Carlos’s talented strings. Such a bonus! Carlos is a true icon and a gentleman. What a great combination, great food and music! I’ll be making this a regular reservation with my wife and friends. Worth every penny...Bon appétit! C
Loved the octopus
Stephen Blandino’s Americana is a little slice of heaven, tucked away in Desert Shores. Brunch is $42 and includes choices of sweet and savory, breakfast and snack foods, individual and sharable dishes. Beautiful presentations are second to delicious and satisfying dishes. Families, couples and individuals can enjoy the lake views, people paddle boarding, ducks 🦆 , mud hens, and a variety of visiting fowls. This weekend, there were an array of miniature remote controlled sail boats🛥 in the water and a gentleman playing guitar 🎸.
Stop by, step away from the hustle of the strip, and enjoy a refreshingly delicious brunch, of the highest quality...
I have enjoyed dozens of dinners, here... and this was my fourth brunch. Each visit I try something new... and have never been disappointed!!! Still so many choices and combinations await future visits. ❤️
What a phenomenal Sunday brunch we had! We had the bonus of being serenaded by Carlos Santana himself! Your server delivers one exceptional course after another. Everything was unique and excellently prepared and presented. This has to be my wife and my favorite dining experience in Las Vegas ever! Bon appétit!!
Get together with friends
A great experience. Service was top notch. A bit on the loud side for an intimate conservation.
We had a wonderful time! The service was wonderful and the food is amazing!
Lunch by a lake, what else can you ask for? Rick, our waiter was amazing. He was attentive, friendly, polite and professional. The dishes he recommended to my wife and I were delicious. It was a great dinning experience. Thank you Americana Las Vegas and Rick for the great hospitality.
My 3rd time here and it has been a great experience. Excellent food quality and pricing.
Excellent..watched fourth of July fireworks across water while delighting in a delicious meal...
Americana LV never fails to wow us. Chef Blandino's creativity is evident in every dish. Walter the G.M. insures the service level is top-notch. Overall a delightful experience.
Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were gracious and informative. The ambiance was serene and welcoming. The food and beverages were amazing. Their new pastry chef made us a beautiful, flavorful carrot cake. This will be a regular spot for special occasions. We will definitely be back for our 13th anniversary.
We came here to celebrate my mother’s 60th Birthday for Sunday Brunch. The staff was kind and followed up on my table reservation in which I needed to add more guests. The location is beautiful and right next to the lake. The food was amazing and we were impressed with how much food we received for the Sunday Brunch. This place is definitely a hidden treasure.
I love the food, service, view! Everything is great here!
Wonderful brunch. Would definitly go back.
Overall, a wonderful experience. Service is elegant, but not stuffy. View is one of the best in Las Vegas as Americana is located along a man-made lake. Food is unique. Along with the standard menu which features my three favorites - Grilled octopus (appetizer), short ribs and swordfish, which is presented under a smoke filled dome, we enjoyed a delicious peach salad as an appetizer and a refreshing strawberry gazpacho to cleanse our palettes in between courses. Our server suggested dividing one order of the gazpacho among the four of us so we would have just enough to sample. As a local of Las Vegas, Americana far exceeds any celebrity chef restaurant I've eaten at on the strip.
I can’t say enough about Americana . The food never disappoints. It is a hidden gem !!!!
The Food was impeccable. Will definitely go back.
Brunch was amazing! The food is exceptional. They bring you everything from the menu and it's enough for your entire party. You don't really have to order unless there are specific items you know you won't eat, ie. we had a vegetarian at our table. I can't stress enough how good the food and service were. It was quite an event!!! I would definitely go back and bring friends. I have already told everyone I know to go. It was very enjoyable. This was not a quiet brunch, the room is very loud but the food by far outweighs the noise.
Host/owner was touchy. Food was good. Nice view
We were celebrating a special birthday. The hostess was wonderful. Our server Casey was the worst server I’ve ever come across. It took 20 minutes to get bread onto our table and 15 minutes to get a drink. I ordered Medium lamb chops. They were well done and an appetizer size. My friend ordered prime rib med rare with no mushrooms due to a sever allergy. Her prime rib was well done and inedible. Her daughters filet mignonette was cooked correctly but tough and had a piece of gristle on it. We complained about the prime rib. Casey told us the chef is not capable of Taking a temperature on prime rib. I’m sorry my brother has been an executive chef for many years in NYC. He’s never heard of this. The manager came over when he saw we were arguing with out server who then just walked away passed off at us, The manager got my friend a new piece of Prime Rib. It was covered with mushrooms and completely raw. He asked how it was. She cut it in front of him and he once again apologized. She mentioned the mushroom allergy. He just shrugged. It was removed from
Our bill and we were given 3 passion fruit squares for dessert to make up for the inconvenience. So 2 people didn’t eat at all. We paid for 2 dinners and our drinks. Our request for more bread came with the dessert. This restaurant was not busy so there was absolutely no excuse for the complete disregard to our food requests or the attitude of our server which would if bern fired if he worked for me . I doubt there is even a proper chef cooking in this kitchen. Horrible and unforgettable evening. Shame on you Americana.
My husband and I have been here twice and have been pleased with the food, service, and ambiance both times. The octopus was cooked to perfection and is the absolute best either of us has ever eaten. We’ve also had the crab fried rice, garlic shrimp, carbonara, and the butternut squash soup. Everything was fantastic. This is a great restaurant with excellent service!
This was our first dining experience, we had visited the bar on a prior occasion. The dinner and service was fantastic! We will be returning.
We had very good food, the service went slower and slower. We asked one our staff for drink refills and they never happened. We had decided on the tasting menu, and food was brought out and just dropped-no explanation of the course-our waiter came over after we finished and was attempting to explain the course and was a little embarrassed that nothing was explained. They need some help with organization - and timing. Food-very good, service-not so much.
Excellent and attentive service. Great food and nice variety. Beautiful lakeside setting with views from all the tables. Overall wonderful experience.
I've always eaten brunch here but decided to go to lunch with a friend. The food was delicious. Our server was great. I'll definitely dine here again.
Excellent all around. Great spot for outdoor dining on the water. Service and food both excellent!
Excellent in every way. Friends were there for first time and they loved it!
The Americana Restaurant never fails to deliver a stellar dining experience on every level.
Not to be missed!
The Sunday all you can eat brunch and bottomless cocktails (not just the standard mimosa and bloody Mary’s by the way!) was amazing. The restaurant is a little hidden tucked away in the corner of the desert shores restaurant row but once you’re inside you have a great view of the lake no matter where you sit. The food was phenomenal. We did not have one item come out that we didn’t like. The ambiance is beautiful and the staff was amazing. Very knowledgeable and never left our drinks empty. By the time we were on the last sip, a new cocktail was on the table. I would highly recommend this place!!!
We went here for our first anniversary and everything was great. The service was excellent, we were checked on by multiple staff. Our server Vinny was personable, welcoming, and just the right amount of attentive, enough that we were definitely taken care of, but not obnoxious or intrusive. We sat outside right on the lake, the views were gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend for a foodie date night, birthday, or special occasion.
As seniors we are financially limited but we treat our selves to Americana's comfortable and friendly happy hour periodically. We decided to celebrate our 58th anniversary there and because we noticed our favorite windowside table was reserved when we were there last month I emailed a reservation for 5 p.m. May 29th. When we arrived the bar was full and we were told the bar area never accepted reservations. To accomodate us, your delightful staff seated us instead, for happy hour prices, at a window table in the main dining room overlooking the water. We were really delighted, ordered drinks and wine, had our favorite meal of celery hearts, filet steaks well presented, crème brulée and good coffee. Your staff was just wonderful. They even presented us with a lovely written Happy Anniversary message and a delicious chocolate and cream dessert.
Thank you so much everybody! We are spreading the good word about your great restaurant and look forward to our next visit.

My wife and I absolutely love this restaurant. The ambiance is spectacular and our requested sever, Vinny, is always the best. Americana has been our go to restaurant for brunch/lunch for many months. Their wine pairing dinners are the best. They should have them more often. We will definitely be going back very soon.
Gave done both dinner and brunch I've never had a better experience than both times. Dinner right off the lake was exquisite. The staff was attentive and the food amazing. Brunch was a little bit more fun...lots of dishes, drinks and the atmosphere to make me feel that I have to bring more friends next time. My server Christian for brunch was over the top spectacular and just making sure that I will never forget this place. Already planning on booking again shortly.
Food was great, we got the pre-fix special and it was amazing. Love the location. We sat outside and the weather was beautiful. I’m so glad a fine dining restaurant had come into this location. We would definitely go again.
Had early dinner here with my wife and another couple. Shared two apps: Tuna sashimi and a beet salad with goat cheese. Both nicely plated and wonderful tasting. Mains: Filet Mignon, blackened swordfish, salmon, and rib-eye. All done as requested and beautifully prepared and plated. All shared a Meyer lemon tart, topped with toasted marshmallow. Service was timely, but not excessive. Server knew the menu well and the specials, also. The service was as good as the food and the lakeside view was lovely. A wonderful experience.
