Ambrosia was founded on the principle that the best food - and the best times of our lives - begin with love. In the Pizzi family kitchen in Liguria, Italy, the dinner table was a treasured space for family and friends. Mussels fantastic, salmon excellent as always. I had the special scallops, and although they were cooked perfectly, the creamy sauce on top was odd (but tasty!) and the plating was kind of amateurish. Still love the place, we go all the time.

Great food and service. Our waiter David was awesome. Friendly and prompt with his service. Olivia the manager was also spectacular. Very busy evening yet it never seemed to hold back from the service levels. This was my first boat here and I will return

Our food was outstanding. The waitress was above average. When I asked about what we should order. She was quick to respond about different dishes that she considers the Best and she was right.

The food and service were very good. The wine list has a nice selection and the Sommelier is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Upon arrival the reservation was quickly confirmed, and we were seated immediately. The staff were well versed in the menu and the nights specials. Our server was attentive to our needs without being an annoyance. The server mentioned that our birthday guest would receive any dessert off the menu in celebration of their birthday. The ambiance of the restaurant was exactly what we were looking for, cozy without being crowded. The noise level was just a little higher than we would have liked and perhaps sound absorption material near the ceiling would help. For most of our time, the four of us could communicate and understand one another. The food was very good. The calamari as an appetizer was sized well for our party and it was done to perfection with a cocktail sauce that was complementary and not overpowering. The half salads were the perfect size and their Italian dressing has the perfect blend of spice and saltiness with the olives. The main courses were appealing to eyes and carried an aroma that was pleasing as they were sat before us. The tase of each dish was excellent, everything was hot and prepared in such a manner that nothing was overcooked. Only one of us walked away with leftovers that they enjoyed the next day. The desserts are excellent, rich icing, perfect density on the cake and another treat to the eyes and palate. The sorbet was excellent as well. We will be returning with great expectations of another wonderful dining experience. Well Done!

Ambrosia is always a good choice. The food and service were great. My only complaint was that we were seated in the bar and a group of folks were standing so close that they actually bumped into us.

I’ve heard great things about Ambrosia for a while now and I’m so glad I finally went. I was highly impressed from the food to the service it was a great experience! Kate our server was very knowledgeable & very nice!
