   I had an amazing experience at ambriza! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. A huge shoutout to our waitress, who went above and beyond to make our meal special. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service truly elevated our dining experience! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and top-notch service. Can’t wait to come back!

   I want to like this place. It’s a lovely space, great location, good cocktails and really great service. Unfortunately the food just isn’t good. I tried it when they first opened and I had hoped that it would have gotten better. No. With all the good Tex-Mex places around it just doesn’t cut it.

   The service was really great, dont get me wrong but it did get awkward a little when our server called himself "fatman" everything else 100000000% awesome food, service spot on.

   Food was mediocre for the price and at least 4 members of the staff stopped by to introduce themselves- overkill- I just needed a waiter- wanted to enjoy my time with my husband but people kept interrupting - although the intention was good- it was overkill

   I looove Ambriza, I’ve been to every Houston location, but this time around I absolutely had a horrible experience. We ate here on Christmas Eve for dinner and it felt just rushed. If you guys or anyone will be open for a holiday like that. You should give the full experience. To start with I ordered the Barbacoa Flautas, and my Barbacoa was DRYYYY AND DARK. With stale tortillas. My son had his kids meal with a stale churro and the beans were just dried and nasty. My wife got some enchiladas and again the meat was dry and dark. Meanwhile the server was so loud and had different severed trying to check on us and hurry us up to order and eat so we can leave. Keep in mind the restaurant was full. Then they said the kitchen will close soon to order anything else. So we ordered the churro dessert and they said it was all gone but 10 minutes later the table next to us received the churros. We love Ambriza but this experience was horrible. We should’ve gone somewhere else for our Christmas Dinner.

    Marcel our waiter was fabulous. The food and drinks delicious. The margaritas are a bit on the sweet side for some folks. I had the strawberry cucumber and it did have a smidgen too much agave, but it’s agave…it was refreshing. We ordered the fajitas for dinner-the huge order for four people and shared it among five. Believe me it was more than enough. And the ribs were especially juicy and tasty. The inside is gorgeous but it could be a tad noisy but we could still hear each other talking.
