   Outstanding service. We shared a bunch of tapas and everything was delicious. We sat in the lounge on a Saturday night and they had live guitar music. Conversation a little harder to hear but loved it! We will definitely be back.

   It was our first visit to Ambli as we celebrated my wife’s birthday. We tried a variety of apps and shared a sushi roll. We wanted to go for more, but we’re full after the 3 apps and the roll. Each plate was exquisite and the wine a mock tail were delicious. The meal wasn’t cheap, but we felt the prices were fair for the value of the quality. Also, the service was great, and the suggestions were all wonderful (and not the most expensive options, which we always appreciate). We’re excited to go back and try more!

   Great to have Ambli DTC open for lunch (and of course dinner is excellent as well!). Diverse menu with great food and really kind, efficient service. Always happy to introduce my guests/clients to this restaurant.

   My new favorite restaurant in Denver. Pricey but worth every penny. I’ve never bothered to leave a review unless pressured, but this one is unsolicited and well deserved! We will definitely be returning!

   The ambiance and decor of the restaurant are great. Everyone you work with is customer service oriented. The menu is thoughtful and the flavor combinations are delicious. The reason for my low rating was the chintzy protein portions. The tuna on crispy rice has great flavor, but hardly any tuna on the rice cracker. The chicken diablo popcorn had a good amount of food, including the chicken. However the big eye tuna roll had tuna pounded down to about 1/16-1/8 of an inch thick and about an inch long. The Kuku Paka, again a delicious dish, but severely lacking an chicken. Ambli is a great concept, however I think the portions could use some reworking.

    Wonderful experience in every respect! Great effort was made to accommodate our vegetarian needs. Staff is personable, fun, and classy. They even are dressed stylishly... We had delightful cocktails, fresh and unique, beet and buffalo salad, paella and the curry entre, and pistachio creme brûlée. Everything was superb, quality and taste.

    This was our first visit and will definitely not be our last. Our server was the bartender who made some of the best cocktails I have ever had (and I was a bartender for a decade during my undergrad, grad and law school). The food was the biggest surprise. My husband and so are foodies and travel frequently to try Michelin star restaurants. This food was close to that level. The favorite bite of the night was the mushroom aronchini (sp?) with homemade mole that came as part of the croquette duo. The service was without fault. Every course was cleared and table crumbed afterwards. At the end of the meal, the server brought us a small, complimentary Pimms Cup to cheers our friends birthday. It’s these little touches that turns a meal into a celebration. If you have a special event, make this the place to go.

    Doug was our server and was amazing. We shared a bunch of different starters and entrees which were great. Only downside was the wine seemed a little over priced. We will definitely be back

    This was the perfect date night for me and my girlfriend. We wanted something a little fancier but still casual and the atmosphere was perfect. Live music in the lounge, incredible apps and entrees, and even a super yummy mocktail for my sober self! Will absolutely be back.

    Wonderful dinner. Food with diverse and explosive flavors. Everything on the menu is top notch but the Paella and Steak Chimmichuri are amazing as is lamb and tuscan chicken. I loved lobster shooters to start and my husband enjoyed his Tika Dip. Also do not miss their craft cocktails.

    I had a date night with my wife… An impromptu kind of thing for mid week. Everything was fantastic. Service was top-notch from our first phone call down to the last bite. Cocktails were truly special. We shared plates throughout and loved them all. Really fantastic. We will be back.

    An amazing experience where the decor is as nourishing as the food. The staff was attentive, well informed, caring and professional. They were helpful in making wine and meal selections and were always there to support our experience without being intrusive. The owners, Kelly and Pariza, are exceptional restauranteurs. With a beautiful bar area, lounge area with life music and a stunning dining area I would recommend Ambli DTC for special dining for just a night out or to celebrate with friends and family.

    I’ve always loved this restaurant, and so glad to see that it has re-opened. The menu was new with a few old staples still on there. I ordered the breast of chicken with Parmesan sauce, and my husband ordered the beef with chimichurri. They were both juicy and delicious. My one and only complaint is the vegetable portions… they were so small they were not visible on the plate!!! I would double, if not triple the amount of veggies, and my review would be 5 stars across-the-board.

    We were looking for a place that serves tapas. The Ambli Global website indicated that it serves small plates, and Monday was designated as "happy hour all evening". As it turned out, happy hour drink prices were only available at the bar, and some of our party would not be comfortable without table seating. The appetizers that we shared were delicious (beet salad, lobster shooters, samosas) but quite small for sharing. We were given complementary hot rolls. Fine service from a waiter that made the best of the discrepancy between the current menu and the website.
