   This was our first experience with Indian food. Total neophytes! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, answered many questions and treated us royally. We brought leftovers home and shared with mom who has eaten a lot more Indian food and she said it was excellent. We sampled much and our favorites were Goat Kadai, Gulab Jamun, and Kheer. The rest our taste buds were not ready for. Go and try it!

   The entrees, once they arrived, were excellent, but 40 min wait for food prep? Only two parties in the restaurant at the time. But real heartburn was being charged $13.95 for a basket of Saag Paneer which we did not order. When the server placed the basket on our table during the long wait, we thought it was a complimentary offering. Not so, as we learned when the bill arrived. I don't return to restaurants that add and charge for items not ordered, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

   This is not Indian food. Nice people. Nice place. Not Indian food. Might fool some Texans, but won’t fool real foodies. If you want real Indian go somewhere else.

   Amazing north Indian food. Great staff. Chef acknowledged my parents wedding anniversary and brought out a free desert. Best north Indian food in Houston!

   The server was confused about where to seat me even though there were tables available. Also, I was finished with my lunch by the time fresh naan was brought to my table. The food was good but I was disappointed that there was no saag paneer on the buffet. The food is quality for the $10 buffet price so I give this place 3 stars. The server kept apologizing for everything. It did not seem that the restaurant was extraordinarily busy for a typical lunch crowd so I'm not sure what the issue was.

   The European in the title only refers to 6 or 7 dishes on the menu, the rest of the indian dishes is predictable. I was hoping for more creativity or even a fusion style. It might as well as have been Amar Indian Cuisine.

   Went for date night. Both of us never experience Indian food before. The staff was very helpful. Service was great. We will go back and highly recommend.
