The experience was a major disappointment. There are huge communication problems- blaming everyone else for problems (the kitchen…the kitchen…the kitchen….maybe it’s because you forgot to fire our table?) kind of speaks to the really poor management. Waiting 2 hours for sub par food with children and a handicap guest is not acceptable. Waiting 2 hours and not being able to eat the cold food because no one checked back to ask how anything was, that is again, poor management. It honestly was the worst experience myself and family has ever had at a restaurant.

This was the third time I have taken my wife to the alter house. And the third time we have had Morgan as our waitress. The food was excellent as always and the service provided by Morgan and company was stellar. Highly recommend both the Alter House, and Morgan. Both are top notch.

Outstanding as always and I have to say it was the best eggs Benedict I have ever had. Cocktails, service and just the warm welcoming environment make Alter House a favorite.
