Had a wonderful brunch here last Sunday. Conducive for friends gathering. They serve great food and provide great service. Our server was attentive and the management made sure all is well. Kudos!

We have eaten at this restaurant several times and each time (save one) had fantastic meals. the one time 'bad' time was only experienced by 2 of our party of 4 and they ordered the same thing that had ho hope of being any good. bad trial experience. service has always been great and at the correct table quiet enough for normal conversation. Managers visited our table and we had a great conversation talking about food in general. Yousef was excellent and spoke to us about alot of way they prepare dishes. Our waitress Leidy was very good. Portions were HUGE Definitely will continue to return

The food was very bland. We went for restaurant week and it was listed as $40/person but almost half of the menu had significant up charges. My partner’s pasta was undercooked/hard and my dish tasted like very simple butter noodles. I really don’t like to complain but I asked for some parmesan to help the flavor. The chef ended up coming out and she was very nice and offered to take the dish off the bill. She also offered to replace it with something else on the menu and I didn’t really want it but she insisted. By the time the second dish came out, we were already served our dessert and so I just asked for the pasta to be to-go. I was surprised that I was charged for the second dish at the end of the meal. I ended up spending $100 for two people and I only had a few bites of my food. I really wanted to like this place but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The food was awesome and so was the ambience . The servers were great but the service wasn’t efficient . The appetizers took a while to come but we were fine with that . After that, It took over 50 minutes for the entree to come after the appetizers and took 2 reminders to the staff and supervisor. They were very apologetic and got us two complementary Prosecco’s (which we didn’t really want or needed) but appreciated that they were trying to make up. When the bill came they charged us for the complementary drinks 😄 Of course they reversed that charge, but overall it was not a great experience in spite of great food and ambience.

The dining experience was okay at best. I felt that we were being rushed out of the restaurant to make way for other patrons. Also it was restaurant week and we were told that the 3 courses would be 40$ but that was not exactly the case so I felt there was not true transparency of pricing. Probably will not go back and would not recommend.

9/2/23 - We went for Restaurant Week and had a FANTASTIC 3-course dinner from start to finish!! Everything was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned!! Our server, Julia, took wonderful care of us ensuring that our experience was nothing short of perfect! She took the time to explain anything we had a question with. We went for an early dinner so it wasn't too loud inside yet so it was still easy to hear one another talk. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience!!

What a wonderful experience! The food was so good - definitely get the grilled octopus - and we were lucky to be there for restaurant week - an amazing three course menu with so many options it was difficult to choose.

It was fine, but certainly not anywhere near good enough to justify the prices. $22 for a cacio e pepe? That’s literally just Parmesan, butter, and black pepper- super cheap, easy meal I make when I’m sick. I ordered the mushroom fettuccini and it was just pasta, mushrooms and a TON of butter. Could not taste any truffle, and there easily could have been a full cup of butter/oil in there. Incredibly bland- glad I asked for fresh Parmesan because it was one of the main flavors. For $28. Service wasn’t great either- they forgot to give us silverware and napkins and when we asked about a sauce she just said “it’s a tomato sauce”. The chef’s choice bruschetta was excellent and the garlic bread was great. But the entrees are just pasta- for $20-30!

Alta Strada used to be my go-to for great, freshly made Italian charcuterie, pizza and pasta. When I learned they no longer had the cured meats and cheeses, nor the pizza, I sought out the manager. Apparently cost savings measures are in place and the pizza and cheese and meat boards are no longer served. Only two of the pastas are made in house. What we ordered WAS phenomenal and it's a great restaurant to impress visiting family. I would make the trip to dine there again, if they designated a pizza night or had a limited offering of a meat and cheese plate. Service was outstanding.

Excellent food, we had the Prosciutto di Parma and Tagliatelle which were both delicious. The food wasn’t too heavy and drinks were excellent. The staff are welcoming and enjoy telling you all about the different meals. The Tiramisu is a don’t miss as well.

This was our first visit to Alta Strada. We are from out of town and we made reservations here for our time away celebrating our 30th anniversary. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our waitress Sofia was so sweet and always timely to check on us. The food and drinks were delicious. One of the best Italian dishes I’ve had here in the states compared to Italy. My husband and I definitely plan to take a trip back again.

We initially wanted to sit outside, but changed our mind when we realized the large screen television near the patio was very loud (at the Mosaic) and requested inside seating. Initially we were going to be seated in a very busy location inside, but the hostess quickly accomodated our request to move. The staff were delightful and the food outstanding. Enjoyed our dinner.

Drinks wise , the gimlet was fantastic. Food wise, it was mediocre especially given the price point. The cacio e pepe was on the heavy side and just meh. The eggplant parm was good but oddly served with broccoli, no pasta. So again for the price point, there are better Italian spots for the same if not cheaper.
