To begin with the server brought the wrong wine and then didn’t change the price on the bill (same server last week when she got my wife’s order wrong). These servers need to always restate what we ordered. The best part of our meal was the corn chowder and the veggie rolls. Things went downhill from there. The Cioppino was the worst we’ve ever had! The stew was the only good part: the mussels still had beards and were like like trying to chew gum; the clam meat was the smallest ever; the shrimp was mostly mushy; the scallop was rubbery; and the white fish not tasty. We’ve decided to forgo eating in Alpenglow for the next few weeks!

Wife ordered the chicken from the left side of the menu. It was dry as always. She hardly ate any of it and so it was wasted. It is a shame that we refuse to learn that small boneless chunks of chicken could be grilled after being ordered in a reasonable amount of time. Then the chicken would be tasty and still moist.

Left side white meat chicken was very dry. this is normal. It ought to be fixed. Small portions of chicken thrown on the grill, like the beef fillets, would be much better.

The left side (always available) baked chicken was dry as a desert. It is understood that it must be cooked for a long time but cooking it early and letting it sit in a warming oven produces an inedible product.

Tonight was the most OUTSTANDING dinner we've ever had here! Chef Ray prepared our penne pasta with great care and it was exceptional! Please add a single chef station to prepare meals at a location in the restaurant or table side!

The Ahi Tuna was prepared rare and spicy (just the way I like it) with an absolutely delicious cucumber relish. The quantity served was perfect for my taste and appetite. The sides of sautéed artichokes and vegetable basmati rice rounded out the main dish.

Not our favorite meal here. Usually outstanding but the corned beef was very dry and chewy. Salad as always was great.
