Our cuisine is characterised by the specialities of the Alps. From our starters like the Swiss cheese fondue traditionally prepared with cherry brandy to our traditional Pretzel. One of our favorite entrees is the pork shank with mashed potatoes and our very tasty German sauerkraut. As a sweet finish we recommend our authentic German apple strudel with vanilla sauce. To round up our alpine experience we only serve excellent wines from the regions around the Alps like Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Germany. Join us for the most unique setting in Aspen!

We love Almresi. Great ambiance, good and service. What a pity they already close the season due to lack of staff.

We discovered this delightful restaurant on the last night of our stay in Aspen. The theme is mountain Austrian and it is beautifully and quirkily decorated as such, perfect for a mountain town. The food was delicious with gluten free and vegetarian options. Meanwhile, my husband had the best schweinshaxe he has ever tasted. The servers were excellent and friendly. This may be our favourite Aspen restaurant now.

The drinks came after they brought the starter, which we sent back since there were no drinks. Generally the staff was busy doing something else than taking care of customers.

Food was great. Ambiance was amazing. Great place for a large group like ours with kids. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Always have had a fabulous time at Almresi. The staff is very friendly and the food outstanding. It’s also one of the few places at a US ski resort that serves gluhwein and very tasty too. The Vail location also a great spot!

The food was just not very good. The white sausage was boiled rather than grilled and the fondue didnt come in the traditional pot with heater, but in a little plate, which didnt keep it alive. In general very overpriced for the quality. Service was good. They were attentive.
