Almond - Bridgehampton
Co-founder and chef Jason Weiner creates seasonally focused ever-changing menus that are guided by a market driven ethos. We highlight our personal relationships with growers, fishermen, artisans and winemakers.
Our menus are artisanal and market driven featuring some updated takes on classic french/mediterannean cuisine, ethnic street food and lots of stuff in between.
We are obsessive about the handmade...We hang our own charcuterie, grind our own sausage, ferment our own kimchi, dry age own steaks, and smoke our own fish & bacon.
The wine list, handpicked by co-owner Eric Lemonides, offers an affordable selection of wines. Specialty cocktails, NY craft beers, and raw bar selections, along with the entire menu are available at the restaurant’s 15 seat bar.

Everything was great, except for the noise level
Wide variety of entrees and appetizers
Price fixed menu was great value
The desserts are beyond words ...they were so good I would to go back just to eat them for dinner
Been a regular for a decade and a half . Always a great experience
I loved the wild foods menu! It was so creative, inspiring and delicious! Almond knows how to win the hearts and minds of the public when it comes to sustainable eating trends. I will be back on a regular basis for more innovative meals, especially for the writers & artist nights.
Great place....very nice service...food was really good, cozy atmosphere...loved the candles, and the Halloween decorations. Will def be back.
Fabulous time, great dinner! Thank you!
Always good, service great, atmosphere nice, busy but controlled
Almond is our favorite restaurant in Bridgehampton. The food is excellent, the staff are knowledge and personable and the owners take great pride in ensuring a great evening.
Very popular restaurant in historic building with pressed tin ceiling so it gets noisy when crowded. Kid friendly. Limited menu of steak, shops, fish, pasta, raw bar, desserts. Good quality food. Pricey.
Wonderfully prepared scallop dish. Great waitstaff. We were visiting Bridgehampton from New Hampshire. Almond was a recommendation from our daughters. It was a great dining experience.
Almond is a mainstay in Bridgehampton. Never disappoints. Always fun - and good food you can count on. A local treasure.
Wonderful food. Host that picked up the phone was so rude we almost didn’t come :(
We had dinner with another couple 10/3. We had dinner at Almond a few years ago and enjoyed it. Unfortunately this time we had an entirely different experience.
Food was VERY mixed. Salads, so so, ordinary. Mussels were good. Chicken liver pate, excellent. Short ribs were so bad the were sent back. Scallops were just ordinary. Steak was pretty good. The spaghetti with lobster for $36 was a disaster. The pasta tasted as if it had been sauced in dish water, no flavor whatsoever. The few pieces of lobster were soggy spongy. A disgrace. Sticky date pudding was good.
The wait staff was trying their best, but when it became crowded, they could not keep up. And the noise level, when the restaurant filled up, was din and then some. Why it was crowded, with so many bad food choices, is a mystery.
We will not be returning.
As usual, innovative cuisine, beautifully prepared. Excellent service
Food was very good with more than adequate portions, in fact i couldn't
finish mine and brought it home. staff very attentive, we even ordered a bottle of wine which was priced fairly. we will be going back!
Almond is an amazing restaurant. The innovative & inventive dishes are prepared using locally sourced products and are fresh and delicious. The staff are pleasant and helpful, yet unobtrusive. The mood is convivial and social, and the restaurant is a treat for any occasion. I highly recommend Almond.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Hamptons. I go there may times by myself and sit at the bar, and the staff there is always welcoming and friendly.
Outstanding food and wonderful service!
Full house on Friday night!
Hadn’t been in awhile
A definite go to!
The restaurant hums. Outstanding service, vibrant vibe and good food. The whole experience is solid but there are a number of East End options where the kitchen produces more creative and tasty dishes than the good job done by Almond. We’d go back, but it’s not making our Foodie list. Try it, it’s a fun place.
Food was excellent, ambiance was as expected for summer in the Hamptons but sadly the service was far below par. Thankfully the manager recognized the waitress poor service and tone by compensating our dinner. Will return at some point I'm sure...
Almond is my favorite restaurant in the Hamptons, delicious and casual-sophisticated in all regards. Nick, the manager and host, makes everyone feel at home; Jason and Eric are the chef-host owners, and they impart a warmth and personal flair across all aspects of the experience.
The meal was amazing, as always. The mussels were superb; the striped bass was tender and delicious.
We were in town for the horse show and dined with 2 tweens. The menu is VERY limited, but the few dishes we ordered were cooked well and tasted good. The atmosphere was nice and the place is very hip and attractive. I cannot say that I would go again....
Any time you are with Family is a special occasion!
We had a very nice meal. I enjoyed the Korean BBQ pork ribs and my son enjoyed the Mac 'n Cheese with Prosciutto and Truffle. Service was very good.
Food was great as was service
Unfortunately Almond has raised its's prices so much that it can no longer expect diners to accept it as a casual dinner place and accept casual service. We used to go several times each summer. I don't think I will go anymore. At the prices they charge, we can go to much nicer restaurants. There was not one entree under 30 dollars, most a lot more. The hamburger "deluxe" was about $24---note: they haven't updated their website with the higher prices. The food is decent, not as special as the prices suggest. One of us had hanger steak which had great flavor but was the toughest steak he ever had. The hamburger was fine but again, nothing special. The best thing was the pickles. The french fries were ordinary. The lobster spaghetti was a big disappointment with small pieces of lobster and too many herbs which did not compliment the lobster.
The service was slow on ordering and fast on removing dishes before we were done. Our bread plates with bread still on them have whisked away. The saucer for my coffee cup was taken as I raised the cup to drink.
For the four of us, with one appetizer and three entrees, one glass of wine and 4 soft drinks, the total bill before the tip was about $200. Not worth it.
It is like, price-wise, they aspire to be a superior restaurant but their service and food are way behind. There are at least 3 other restaurants in little Bridgehampton with similar prices with better selections that have it way over Almond for a delicious dinner and World Pie, a more reasonable choice, is always there as a winner. Try one of them.
Eric and Jason never fail year after year. Just as great for a cosy December dinner as eating outside in the height of the August season. Great use of local and seasonal ingredients, good selection of reasonably priced wines and great cocktails. No trip to the Hamptons is complete for us without our fill of Almond.
Keep up the great work.
I have been to Almond many times but never on a Sunday night. The vibrancy and buzz came as a great surprise. While we ate inside, the alfresco sidewalk dining gives it a great spirit. Eric is a price and knows how to make every patron feel special, something he instills in everyone working there. You
We love Almond and while we dine here somewhat frequently, we rarely come on a summer Saturday, which was crazy busy and noisy. The service was not up to par, but has been wonderful other times so we will return.
Always good fun! The entire staff is so accommodating and. Knowledgeable. Great recommendations and those peanut butter cups are to die for
One of my favorite spots when I am out in the Hamptoand!!
The service was on point, Atmosphere warm and inviting, and the food was delectable!
I only wish that I lived closer, as I would be a regular if I did.
Robotic and inattentive service. Food was too spicy without alerting us and when complained, charged twice. Chicken was rubbery and tasteless.
Very eclectic menu and small portions.
The food, ambience and service was excellent. Wish the menu included more vegetarian options, however and notwithstanding, all in our party were accommodated. The Truffle Mac and Cheese is especially delightful. Very creamy and cheesy . The burger is also extremely tasty. Fries are delicious.
Very good food. Excellent service - staff is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. Been coming here for years - whenever we are out east we eat at least two of our dinners here!
Almond Bridgehampton is my home away from home. The dishes are thoughtful and creative. Everybody is welcoming and kind. By far my favorite spot on the east end!
Perfect! Seated on time (with a full house)
Great service, attentive, knows the menu / ingredients, familiar with the wine list and excellent food!!
We will be back!
