Alma Bistro, Cocina Latina located in North Norwalk, was founded out of a deep love for real food, food that is fresh, healthy, and authentically latino. We only use real ingredients fresh eggs, organic tomatoes, fresh water fish, and free-range chicken. We strive to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of our love for food, life, and living. Alma Bistro brings nuevo-latino soul food with an upscale twist.

Alma Bistro was born in 2022 a vision of Ulises Jimenez, head chef and owner of Don Rene Taqueria in Milford, CT, with Noberto Lucero as head chef and of course Alma Miranda. Together they've combined their passion for nuevo-latino food and custom cocktails with Alma Bistro, bringing you some of the best latino fusion in Fairfield County. Everything we ordered was top notch, food was all extremely tasty, came with 6 people and nobody had a complaint. Would definitely recommend and go back soon.

Everything this chef cooks is delicious. Distinctive flavors and one can tell from the presentation that the kitchen loves what it does. Our bus service person needs more training but it didn't undermine the delicious meal. The wait staff is sweet and willing to serve. We like all their desserts.

Everything is delicious but the appetizers are amazing. You can make a whole meal from just ordering a bunch of appetizers. The cocktails are great too.

This is a lovely restaurant with fabulous original dishes that are very tasty and very well prepared and an excellent value. The service was fantastic and very caring and attentive. Franklin is a gem as are all the other staff. This is a keeper that we will enjoy many times in the future

Hands down the best Latin food I’ve had the pleasure to eat in quite awhile. A very creative menu lends itself to plate sharing to optimize choices. Service was attentive and efficient. Nice ambience lent itself to a lovely evening! I highly recommend trying this place for delicious, creative food.
