We have dined at Alley's Alehouse a number of times. Service has always been prompt and courteous and the menu choices are enticing. We've been back several times and always enjoy the experience!

We checked in and they forgot about us for 20-25 minutes until we asked again about our table being cleaned and set up. Waiter didn’t come to us for 20 minutes and we had to flag him down. All apps came out with entrees and the celery was literally cooked (warm and rubbery). Waiter forgot about us again until we flagged him down again. Food was not good and service was terrible for not being that busy. We had hoped this time would be better than the last but it wasn’t.

Waitress kept forgetting to bring napkins, straws & almost mixed up orders. She might’ve been new, we’ll just go with that! The food was wonderful but service was average.

Service could have been better. It was Very busy time. But needed service to be better with timing for bowling and celebrating a birthday . Felt rushed had to ask for napkins forks refill drinks which were pitchers . The waitress was extremely busy need more help. Overall the food was good .,
