    While the food was enjoyable, our overall experience was significantly impacted by the seating arrangement. Our table felt awkwardly squeezed between two others, leaving little space and making the setting feel cramped. Unfortunately, this also seemed to affect the service—our drinks arrived after our food, and two shots of limoncello took about 10 minutes to reach us. At one point, our waiter’s rear end was uncomfortably close to my face as he served the neighboring table. Later, when a cheese wheel was brought out for another table, the server’s elbow repeatedly bumped the back of my chair as he stirred the pasta. The quality of the food was not enough to overcome how disruptive and uncomfortable the cramped seating felt.

    Went there to check the decorations, which is nice. Food is tasty. Service was subpar despite being empty. There are much better same level Italian restaurants in SD.

    Wait staff was forgetful and inattentive. If we hadn’t asked for menus we would have never received any. Then we waited an hour and a half for our mains to come out only after we asked to speak to a manager, not to mention it also took 45 minutes for a glass of wine and us asking our waiter where our glass of wine was. Once the food came out the pasta was bland and unseasoned. There was a photograph going around who was taking pictures and we decided to buy two pictures which came out to $50 total and the photographer forgot to bring us our pictures and acted like we were crazy for asking for the pictures we paid for that she forgot about completely. Also they had a kid off the street come in and go to every table trying to sell candy bars and disturbing everyone’s meal. Also the bathrooms had no paper towels after multiple people made the staff know they were out. We honestly couldn’t not believe how terrible the experience was and was clear that the restaurant was only popular for their instagram appeal and nothing else. We were so excited to spend my parents 41st wedding anniversary there and left us with a terrible and frustrating experience.

    Food is amazing ! Second time going service was a little better the first time . Little slower today but still very good. The only negative is the bathrooms are the cleaniness of busy Burger King or chevron versus a nice Italian restaurant. Besides that everything about this place is great !!
