Amazing food, very tasty
We spent a lovely night there!! Owner of the place was amazing. He gave us great advices on food since we are not familiar with some of them. He was also very enthusiastic to explain ingredients and the historic stories behind the dishes. Amazing food for great prices and everyone should try Lebanese wine !!
A great quaint place to have a nice meal and experience a taste of Lebanon.
The food was good but not outstanding. However it was the 175mm glass of wine at £9 a glass which caused my "value" review. My friend and I decided we were going to try Lebanese wine for the first time and it was pleasant but certainly not worth £9 a glass! There were no other choices for a glass of wine neither white nor red.
One of the best Lebanese restaurant the food was great
I booked a table via OpenTable for 8.45pm and I received a phonecall right after from the restaurant saying we had to leave the restaurant by 10pm according to the new curfew rules.
When we arrived at the restaurant for the time we booked out table was not ready and the waiter didn't know anything about our booking.
We waited 15 minutes and we ended up sitting at the table at 9pm, with only an hour left to order and eat
We felt rushed and on the final bill we were charged 13 pound for service charge, which we refused to pay.
Despite this the food was very good and tasty.
Fantastic meal and service. Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked, super fresh and served impeccably. Sadly it was very quiet when we went hence why I marked down for ambience. Can not fault anything else though and will definitely return.
Food was fine but unimpressive, without flexibility on the items. OK experience but nothing to write home about
Amazing food, great selection, beautiful service!
Good service, good food. I enjoyed it will be coming back again
I was very impressed by this restaurant, beautiful fresh Lebanese food. The restaurant itself is beautiful and with a wonderful soundtrack.
A great lebanese restaurant in the middle of London!
This is a small restaurant with just a few tables and only one waiter so the service was average. The food was fantastic; it tasted great and was well presented. It was slightly on the expensive side though for the quantity you receive - £7-8 per small dish.
The food is absolutely outstanding. Unusually we picked the cauliflower amongst our dishes and it was so delicious!! Crispy, tasty and with an amazing sauce too.
We shared a few dishes between us.
Aline is an absolutely wonderful find.
The staff are lovely giving us the perfect amount of attention throughout.
One of the best restaurant in London, highly recommend .
Fresh, tasty Lebanese food in a pleasant ambiance.
Delicious food, lovely staff and a pleasant ambiance - great for catching up over amazing food, or for date night.
Food is fresh but not much seasoning. Was unimpressed with the grilled meats and a lot of the cold mezze were very sour.
Spicy food but enjoyable experience. I'll probably go again.
Enjoy the food however service could have been better but would come back again
Really nice supper before the theatre. A rare find in an area which doesn't have the best restaurants. Good for vegetarians. Well worth a visit.
Great food. Good service
Great food and service, but the tables are so small and tightly packed together, it’s difficult to fit even the smallest amount of plates on there. And getting to your seat between tables without knocking something is almost impossible. Shame as the food and service was great but the seating really affected the experience.
Have been to this restaurant before and the food is just so good. A bit loud and a bit warm but would definitely recommend it
Great food, excellent service, we will definitely come back !
Service very friendly, food fresh, tasty and authentic. Waitress was very accommodating. Quite a small restaurant so almost a cafe feel, but quite intimate while remaining casual and relaxed.
The Fatush & Baba Ganoush are both excellent! Don't bother with the king prawns as they didn't taste fresh.
Amazing food and service. A great pre-theatre option as well as a relaxed lunch or dinner.
Having lived in the middle east I am always dubious about restaurants that claim to be authentic. However the food was amazing. Large portions, good value and excellent service. Definitely a go again kind of place.
The food was good, the portions were on point. The staff were friendly and attentive, a lovely little spot to catch up with friends.
Beautiful food and service.
There is no pretence here, or grandeur, despite the five star location - this place is just what it says it is ‘a Lebanese Kitchen’, but it’s wonderful, and the food is absolutely outstanding. Lots of little plates of deliciousness - I especially loved the Shish Taok (marinated chicken pieces) with garlicky yoghurt sauce and taboulleh. The staff are lovely, not intrusive, just friendly and helpful. Really excellent little place.
The best Lebanese in London. Excellent food, brilliant staff.
This is a small place tucked away near the bustling Oxford Circus area. Overall a great experience the manager and the waitresses were all very nice and fast with service. Food was excellent all the dishes we had were fresh and had great flavour. We didn’t realise until paying the bill that they had accidentally given us the wrong dishes on top of what we ordered but they didn’t make a fuss and didn’t charge us extra for it so was much appreciated. We would highly recommend this place for overall great local Lebanese food.
Lovely Lebanese restaurant tucked away in a quiet Mayfair street. Staff were very nice and food just out of this world! Definitely recommend this place if you are getting tired of chain restos like Maroush.
Very very nice. Will return.
It was a nice place, not something extraordinary though. We ordered spicy hummus and batata harrah. The hummus was really nice and we loved it. However, batata harrah was just fried potatoes with little garnish and was not good at all. I would avoid it. The chicken kebabs were nice too.
The food was delicious.
