We had a table on patio - reservation for 6:30 - by the time we received our food it was almost after 8 - kitchen closes at 9 - the entire restaurant was full when we came in and empty when we left - no reason to wait 1.5 hours for food - the saving grace is the food is delicious. Service not so much!

It got a little crowded during dinner, and the restaurant became a little noisy here that I liked. The quality of the food was great. Been there many times and always enjoyed. The food. Service was good and our server kept checking to make sure that we were doing OK. Will definitely go back.

Have never tried this place before always heard good things about it so I finally wanted to try it. I had the chicken piccata turned out to be a little too salty for me. My husband had the chicken Parmesan. It was just OK. Our friends had the veal Parmigiana. We also had the pasta Alfredo and it was a little bit too Parmesan for our taste but otherwise service was really attentive. Pricing was average if you want to go Italian I would probably go somewhere else. It would be a little bit better somewhere and tastier for the money.

While our server was quite nice, the greet time was almost 20 minutes, my drink didn't come until our entrees arrived almost 40 minutes after ordering despite my asking for it again. The food was fine, just super slow service. I really wish this could've been a better experience service-wise.

I was disappointed that the tomatoes on my Caprese salad were not ripe and were hard. With heirloom tomatoes in season, I would have expected to have ripe tomatoes on my salad. Too bad as this restaurant’s food has been consistently wonderful but not today.

The place was remodeled recently and looks more modern and more inviting, clean. The food was very good. The server was in training, but he did a good job. Prices are higher than a year ago, but it is understandable.

I was disappointed because we got there at 3:00 which was the time I made the reservation for through Open Table. I let the host know we had a reservation and he told me “No, the first reservation is at 5:00.” I told him that I made them online and was told I can’t make a reservation online. I showed him my email verifying the reservation and he said that he has that turned off and I just didn’t have a reservation. Why have a link on your website to make a reservation and then no be able to use it! Food was amazing as always!

We haven’t been to Alfredos since pre pandemic. As with so many other restaurants, they obviously have a staffing issue since the bar and lounge area were closed “due to lack of staffing”. With that said, our sever greeted us after only a few minutes from being seated and took our drink order. Upon return she took our dinner orders and salads and rolls were quick to follow. Dinners were all very good as reported by our 5 person party. We’ll be back! I think it’s a wise decision to scale back as Alfredos has done with the bar and lounge being closed to ensure diners have a good experience and are not waiting too long for service and dinner. Hopefully, they will be back to full operation in the not too distant future!

Service was very good. David was attentive and food was delivered in a timely manner. Food was hot and well prepared. This is a regular place for us and will be again in the future. Highly recommended.
