The food at AS was very good!! But the service was slow and lacking.
Our server went above and beyond for all request, we are here visiting from Florida and would recommend this place!
Amazing experience. This has been our second time going. Once we dined outdoors. This time we dined indoors. Great and friendly staff. I just can’t wait till everything goes back to normal.
The food was fantastic. Our favorite was the Wagyu toast. We also ordered the large format aged ribeye. It was perfectly cooked. We had the outdoor seating, which had plenty of space to other tables. The service was awesome. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
Service was great and the food tasty. Chef tasting menu is the way to go to try a lot of things but adding wine pairing may not be the best value.
All side dishes were good. 30 days dry-aged 36oz rib eye had too much fat. Even w med rare the meat was not tender at all. Very disappointed when one had to pay 140.00 for it.
Both my friend and I were blown away by the experience. The food was amazing, but the service, just next level service.
Excellent food, phenomenal service!!! The anniversary champagne and dessert was a great touch and so was the card. Will definitely be going back.
Great place and will definitely be back for a special event. The seafood was delicious and my Waifu enjoyed her American steak.
The service was AMAZING. So appreciative of our servers for making my parents’ anniversary so wonderful.
An awesome date night!
Our waiter was amazing!
The food was exceptional!
Can't wait to go back!
Alexander's never fails to hit the mark. They've been doing their thing throughout the pandemic, and they've shown us a lovely evening every time out. Plus, where else you gonna go where they have 6 different sorts of Authentic Wagyu? This time out my buddy Kevin insisted we try the Prime Rib, which I'm in general not in love with. Blame Kevin. But that was great too. The Australian Wagyu ribeye though, to die for! Thanks as always Alexander's team! See you next time.
Delicious steak and cooked to perfection! The hamachi shots are must try!
Steak was outstanding however fried rice was not good and side dishes were just okay.
Great dinner. I was surprised by all the items on the menu that had an Asian influence, and greatly enjoyed them. I also appreciated all the little details: the assortment of breads with special butters, the amuse-bouche, wines by the glass that were unique, the ingredients that differentiates from your standard steakhouse fare. Steak was cooked to perfection - my daughter literally cut her filet mignon with her butter knife. Service was excellent - friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back soon.
There are always high expectations for Alexander's. And again, it exceeded them. We booked a table (indoor-hallelujah) for our anniversary, and were treated wonderfully. Cocktails were perfectly crafted, and thanks to our Sommelier, our wine choice (a 2017 from South Africa) was a delight. The steaks (kobe and Kansas strip) were done exactly as we asked.
Ambience was great. Quiet with just a bit of sound from other tables to let us know we weren't having dinner in a vault.
Dinner wasn't cheap, but we didn't go there to be frugal.
In all, another first rate experience.
Food tastes really good. I didn't expect their mushrooms are sweet. Next time I may try something else.
excellent service
Food in general lacked flavor. Not worth the value.
Amazing steaks!!! Maybe the best ribeye I’ve had at a restaurant.
The waygu with the accompanying salt selection might ne the best way I’ve had waygu!! Absolutely perfect
The sides were good but gave way to a absolutely perfectly cooked steak
Definitely coming back!!!
P.S.
The fresh baked bread and 3 different butters to start are, well they’re damn near perfect
If you haven’t, you should
Fantastic wine list! Frederic and Rob were very helpful!
This is a beautiful restaurant in a wonderful location. The bread came out with three different butters. The honey butter was hands down the best butter I've ever had. The pork belly appetizer is an absolute MUST.
I wasn't super impressed with the steaks we ordered. My prime rib was so pepper coated I had to cut the edges off the meat to enjoy it. My husband's strip was okay, nothing memorable. The banana pannacotta missed the mark completely, it was super dense and had really odd conflicting flavors. I loved the chocolate souffle.
The service was the highlight. I think our servers name was Stephen. He recommended a really wonderful cabernet that I loved, he was absolutely personable and friendly. Our experience was elegant and warm.
Although the food wasn't 100% amazing, we will be back because the staff were so warm and wonderful. Even the man who sat us was just so friendly and energetic. Ive often gone to restaurant with killer food but mediocre staff and to be honest I will hands down go back to this restaurant because they made us feel like family.
Next time I'll try the fish.
We ordered a $23 whiskey, we would like to strongly recommend having it served with clear ice instead of a clouded cubed ice.
I would definitely recommend Alexander Steakhouse. The steaks were spot on, the service was great. The waiters were such a joy to watch very professional.
Reservations were made for our anniversary - no mention was made by any of the staff when we arrived. We dined inside and the able was small but adequate. The coctail muenu was unimaginative but the wine list is spectacular ! We ordered A5 Japanes beef and it was prepared perfectly. However my caviar appetiser came without any toasts or anyhti eat the caviar with - ?? I asked and still no accompanients. Of great interest was the Korean Caulflower we ordered - spicy and great but completely at odds with the Japanese delicate beef - our waiter should have pointed this out.
Will we return - a definite maybe .... I hope thay can take these comments to heart.
Staff were great, server was patient with us (table of 6) and explanation of our dishes was very helpful
My first dining experience in a year. Brilliant. The hamachi starter was so unique and fresh, and the wagyu steak was worth every cent.
Very overpriced for the quality. The steak was overcooked ($140) and when returned the next one came out under cooked. (we wanted Medium Rare) Mushrooms way oversalted. Too long of gaps between seeing our server. Would not go back and would not recommend.
Incredible dining experience!
Delicious food and stellar service!
Excellent service and food as usual!
AMAZING! FANTASTIC! PERFECT! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
great food and great service. it's my mother 's birthday and they offered a nice treat for out table, it's so kind. the food is delicious, and we ordered Wagyu it's perfect. and caviar box is amazing and fresh. we will come back again.
A premium steak house and the food was incredible. Our attendant was charming and showed my date and me a few things about wine tasting. The place had a lot of good energy and it was inside and upscale. A great date.
Price was crazy
Celebrated my husband’s birthday here last weekend and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The food was well presented, tasted great and loved all the extra special touches. Expensive, but well worth it, especially since we hadn’t dined out since our wedding night in Sept 2020. Can’t wait to go back!
Greeted by welcoming host stand as we checked in and entire staff were wearing masks/face guards. We were quickly shown our table and our main server, Nick was incredibly helpful in explaining our options. We did the Chef’s Tasting menu with the wine pairings. They paced out all the servings as we ate so it wasn’t rushed at all. He made sure we were well taken care of throughout our experience and all the food was too notch. It was a wonderful intimate experience for us and we’ll definitely be back for more!
Always a pleasure dining here and we were ecstatic to return for indoor dining. Ryan was fantastic.
It was a great experience but the food wasn’t worth the prices.
Great dinner experience if you choose the chef’s tasting
