    I had high expectations for the restaurant given that a friend said they would drive all the way from the valley to come to this restaurant. And because I’ve never met a steakhouse that I didn’t like. I thought this would be perfect to celebrate Mother’s Day with a close friend. I don’t eat steak so I understand that most people may be going here for phenomenal Wagyu. I am a seafood and vegetable lover. The black cod was unassuming and I took it home to doctor it up for the next day. The bok choy was seasoned, but with no adornments. The fried cauliflower was overly breaded in my opinion. The mashed potatoes were hard and definitely not creamy. The bread was complementary and decent, but not overwhelmingly great. all in all I think people come here for the Wago if you’re coming because you love steakhouses because they have phenomenal seafood. This would not be the place. However, I will share that Nic our waiter was exceptional and truly an expert in his craft. The restaurant is fortunate to have him there. Also, the validation for valet is a great one. And I would say all of the staff is friendly when we left people were very friendly and saying good night so I could sense that it was a warm team environment, which also plays very well for people. They forgot to add my remaining feta cheese in my to go.

    Took my boyfriend here for his birthday dinner. Everything was amazing! The food, the service, the drinks! Nick was our waiter and he was phenomenal! Will definitely be back!

    Honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Dinner took 3-1/2 hours. It took 30 minutes to get a drink. We were starving so asked for bread but had to wait forever for that, too. Crowning blow was being told 15 minutes after we ordered our entrees that they were out of filets. What? Since when is a steakhouse out of filets? They offered to comp a few desserts but honestly after sitting that long, the last thing we wanted to do was stay longer. So disappointing.
