Alexander’s, an upscale seafood restaurant and long-time Hilton Head Island favorite on the dining scene since 1977. It features seasonally-inspired cuisine, locally-caught seafood and many locally-sourced ingredients.

Our menu pays tribute to many classic lowcountry and Alexander’s favorites such as Seafood Pasta, Shrimp and Grits, and Wiener Schnitzel. Reservations are highly encouraged. Alexander’s offers dinner nightly from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM with seasonal early dining from 5:00 PM-5:45 PM.

    Nice atmosphere. Food tasty but 1 lobster tail a little overcooked… a bit chewy. Potatoes with lobster dinner just ok. Server was nice. Pricey but paying for atmosphere I assume.

    Our first time there and will not be our last. Both of our meals were outstanding and so was the service we received.

    Our food was quite good. I had the blackened snapper and my wife had the prime rib. Great service from Angela. The only setback we had was knowing the early dining menu was no longer available. Otherwise, it was a fine meal!

    This is always a favorite location when visiting HHI. The Hostess and our server, Donna, were fantastic. The food was delicious. Our only complaint was the noise level which made it difficult to have a conversation at the table.

    Our server Angela was great. A bit too much food on the plate and a bit noisy for me which is to be expected. Lovely view of lagoon.

    Another outstanding meal at Alexander’s this evening. What a delightful greeting from Angela who remembered us from our June visit. Food was delicious and service excellent. Love sitting by the water - so relaxing.

    The she crab soup and salmon were excellent. Our server, Michelle, was very attentive. Overall very nice experience. Will definitely be back.

    We sat in the bar in the window overlooking the water. It was so fun. We didn't see a gator, but enjoyed looking.The waiter was exceptional and accommodated our alterations to our meals for dietary and personal preferences. The wine was outstanding. We enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Highly recommended.

    This place is awesome. Highly recommend it. We sat on the porch overlooking the river. Our waiter, Dave was great. Answered all our food questions. The food was excellent My daughter had the lobster tails, my grandson had filet and I had red snapper. We all loved our meals We will definitely be back
