The food was okay. The outside pizza crust was hard while the middle of the pizza was really thin and gooey because of the pizza toppings. Impossible to eat it with your hands. Lots of food selection and our server/owner(?) was polite.

The chef/owner and his girlfriend were really pleasant to talk to. The pizzas were made in front of us and tasted very fresh. We hope to see the Tiramisu they were talking about added to the menu soon.

Really liked this place, the pizza was super thin, crust incredibly crisp. Will be back! Highly reccomrnd the chilli oil , Amps it all up Place is tiny, but quiet and cute

Excellent authentic Italian pizza. It is closer to Neapolitan-style than Roman. Lovely golden thin crust that comes in a square shape (hence the name "Al Quadrato"). Margherita topped with tasty simple tomato sauce and cheese. Very flavorful yet very few ingredients which is the essence of authentic Italian cuisine. If you are looking for loads of garlic, onions, cheese and spice stick to your corner pizza joint. Service was beyond excellent. Very attentive, professional and generous. Offered complementary espressi. The locale is VERY small. Only negative, there are o tables just a bar with bar stools. But good atmosphere. And unfortunately with oven in same small room, gets very hot in there!!

The pizza was the draw to try Al Quadrato, and it was an unfortunate disappointment. You could tell that it was made with quality ingredients, and had so much potential - but the crust on both of our pizzas were burnt, black, and tasted very unpleasant as such.
