    Came for an early dinner on a holiday weekend. It was fabulous, as usual. Justin was our server and was excellent, as usual. The Poke Tuna is so tasty. The 10 oz Filet and Sautéed Calamari is the best in town. I’m ready to have it again, as usual. Great job Al Biernet’s, AS USUAL! :)

    Justice provided exceptional service. The starters, entrees, and the peach cobbler were fantastic. Catalina make one of the best cappuccino’s in DFW. It is always a fabulous dining experience at Al Biernat’s North!

    Great lunch with friends and our server Travis was as accomodating and friendly as ever- We ALWAYS ask for Travis! The food was great, and the environment always top notch! Al would be proud of his team!

    I booked a date night for my husband and me during our birthday month, and overall, it was a lovely experience. Valet service was quick, and the ambience was romantic and elegant—perfect for a date night or special occasion dinner. We were warmly greeted by a lovely receptionist at check-in, and it was a sweet surprise that the staff had read the notes on our reservation and greeted us with a birthday message. That small gesture really stood out. At first, our server didn’t come across as very welcoming. It felt like we were being judged based on appearances, as if we didn’t “look” the part. Thankfully, he became friendlier as the evening went on. I don’t say this to get anyone in trouble—this is just an honest observation and part of our overall experience. That said, I have to highlight that the rest of the service was impeccable. Several managers stopped by to check in on us, and we truly felt welcomed and cared for. One manager in particular—Mr. Bill (I believe that’s his name)—was especially kind and personable. We later learned that the restaurant is family-run, which added a personal, warm touch to the whole evening. As for the food: I ordered the two-tier seafood tower, which was good overall, though the crab meat was a bit dry and could be improved. My husband had the prime rib and absolutely loved it. I also enjoyed a glass of the Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut Champagne—highly recommended! To top it all off, we were treated to a birthday dessert of our choice, which was a very sweet and generous gesture by the restaurant. In short, while there was a minor bump in the beginning, the experience ended on a high note thanks to the attention to detail, thoughtful service, and lovely setting. We would definitely consider coming back for another special occasion.
