Aji Japanese Bistro is an upscale eatery that serves an array of Japanese dishes in a casual environment. The menu includes sushi, don, ramen and full entrées. The restaurant also offers a creative selection of Japanese street food. You can enjoy the elegant interiors of Aji Japanese Bistro from one of its plush booths or be seated outside on the patio when the weather is nice. The restaurant features a full bar where you can choose from a wide selection of wines, craft beers and house special cocktails. Stop by with a group of friends or family and order one or more of the signature share plates like steamed garlic miso clams, salted prawns or pork and veggie spring rolls. There’s a seven-piece mixed sashimi platter that’s great for sharing as well. Aji Japanese Bistro also offers a variety of house sushi rolls.

The restaurant is located in the beautiful Town Center, the decor is absolutely beautiful, hostess is with the mostess, our waiter is very personable and extremely attentive and the food, oh my gosh, one day I hope Food and Wine Magazine would stop by and write an awesome review on Aji Japanese Bistro or even better Anthony Bourdain. After lunch, I enjoy all the quaint shops and picking up a few things from Target, what better way to walk off the gluttony :D

Love this place. It is not a Sushi Bar! It does have Sashimi, but it is really about Japanese Fusion food...really fun foods. Experiment and explore. Haven't had anything yet that wasn't scrumptious. Very creative chefs. Wonderful bar. The drinks are very classy and hand crafted cocktails with quality top shelf choices. They've just started doing Shabu Shabu by reservation on Sunday nights and it is well worth it. Fun for a pair of couples to share a hot pot and cook your own shaved beef and seafood to your desire and dip in the tasty sauces.
