    We have eaten at Aiana several times in years prior when our office was in the same building. Unfortunately, this time food was marginal, but the service was terrible. Server didn’t know their wine, spilled on the guests with no apology and was not attentive to the meal courses that needed to be processed. Also, not a big deal, but I always liked that they would not demand a tip as their servers were paid a living wage and the food price included gratuity. I always liked that, but this time the server prompted for a tip. Seeing we were with business partners, I did not make a scene. Too bad as I met the original owners when they opened originally and thought they had a good understanding of the business and felt they would be successful, unfortunately we will not be returning in anytime in the future.

    This was my second visit to Aiãna and it did not disappoint. Every bite of food provides a burst of flavour. The chef sent us a complimentary amuse-bouche and dessert - so incredibly kind and appreciated and, again, delicious. Our server Chantal was absolutely lovely. She made the visit even more amazing. Thank you very much!
