    On June 20, Aiāna proudly presents an exclusive, one-night-only collaboration with Chef Nouk Nouk Couturier-Bernard of the acclaimed Elise restaurant. This unforgettable dining experience showcases a tasting menu inspired by the untamed beauty of Canada’s wilderness—where foraged ingredients and bold creativity collide. Expect a refined journey through nature, art, and flavour, paired perfectly with thoughtfully selected wines. With limited seating and only one evening to experience this celebration of Canadian terroir, this is a rare opportunity not to be missed. Important Details: Date: June 20, 2025 Time: Reservations from 5 PM to 7.30 PM. The service is expected to span over 2.5 hours. Price: $199 per guest (pairing included)

    Jai été surpris, quand jai reçu la facture final. Je voulais laisser un pourboire, mais je ne trouvais pas l'option. Jai demande au serveur, qui ma explique que le pourboire était déjà inclus dans les prix de chaque produits. Concept intéressant, mais il faudrait le mentionner par écrit, par exemple, sur le menu.

    Some of the best service we’ve experienced in along time. Pre dinner drinks were spot on , the meal was excellent! Hope to be back many more times!!

    I delight in taking new guests here. And everyone I think wants to come back. The Bannock bread is unique and loved.

    I brought my partner for our first anniversary. We had reservations for 6:30pm. Restaurant was very quiet but filled up about an hour later. Loved the ambiance and vibe. Very modern but quaint. Food was amazing. Very good selection of wines. Prices are great. I was shocked when I got the bill at how low it was for what we ordered. I was even more surprised that there is no tipping as it’s built into the price you see on the menu. Can’t recommend Aiāna enough. We will definitely be back and we’ll be spreading the word to our foodie friends. Just want to give a shout out to our host Laura, she as great. Wish I would have had cash to tip her, next time!!!
